Oversea data cellular issue. No solution and told me my location coverage is not available. Ask me to change the location. The data cellular issue persists after I change the location. The data cellular issue is related to their APN configuration. Bought a plan with another company and the data cellular works properly. No refund

Paid $49 for a service that does not work. Disrespectful and hostile support.

I paid $49 for mobile internet that was completely unusable. Despite a speed test showing around 39 Mbps, I could not open basic websites or apps like Google or Instagram. The service simply did not work, and I had to rely on Wi-Fi instead.

What makes this experience unacceptable is the behavior of customer support. After providing proof and clearly explaining the issue, I was treated with arrogance and disrespect. The agent dismissed the problem, told me I don’t understand how 5G works, and refused any responsibility.
The agent responded aggressively and threatened to cancel my subscription if I continue complaining. But how to not complain if my „5G „ internet in the peak is 39mbps and most of the day is at around 10mbps or 0

This is not customer support
this is hostile, unprofessional behavior combined with misleading service claims.

$49 wasted. Zero accountability. Absolutely not recommended

Good service, all online, chat, but good install and number porting assistance, and phone quality seems very good.

I was having problems with my services, including data. Support was able to guide me through step by step to get my service back up and going. It was a great experience, and I really appreciated the help.

Finally had my number ported over to Fonus. Fonus Support Team has been very patient and accommodating.

It’s disgusting. Ursula won’t answer back. I have never seen such terrible service. It’s the worst service I have ever encountered.

Service was bad. Customer service was even worse. I would avoid if you can.

Speaking to these customer service reps is awful, they just copy and paste the same exact sentences. You could never tell if they're genuinely human beings I'm still not convinced.

Paid an initial fee of $39.99cad wasn't able to call anyone to receive any texts for DAYS, I went back and forth with the customer service that I don't even think are real human beings with the way they ignore everything you say. They had me doing the same 6 troubleshooting ideas and then i'd reset my app, I did this so many times i got put with another person told them the story told them that i've already done all the troubleshooting ideas they given me and they just ignore you its robots they dont read anything u say or respond to anything except saying "Put ur phone in airplane mode for 2 mins" "Restart ur phone" "reinstall the app" "send me a screenshot of this" "do this in your settings" Absolutely nothing helpful, not friendly nor kind. I was never rude to them before today because I have had enough of the horrible customer service. I always spoke with respect up until now and i praised this company for years I've been here for maybe 3-4 years. They don't even care if your a loyal customer they don't care if you want to leave they could care less about any of your problems with the company. Also I couldn't use my phones calling/texting for a month, got charged 2 days ago $34 and I still haven't been able to use my calling/texting. What am I even paying for? PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

A rep answered me quickly, she did not give up and got a resolution in less than a day. I appreciate talking to a real person and not a bot.

So far I am very happy with Fonus mobile system in Canada and overseas ( Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore, etc...) Overall are great with calls, messages / texts and Wi-Fi. No need to do anything during your vacation aboard.

I had a great experience with Fonus. I ordered the SIM card and initially had trouble getting it to work after installation. I contacted Fonus customer service through chat and text and was helped by Emily. She was extremely attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. She asked for screenshots, walked me through a few setting changes, and quickly identified the issue.

Once the settings were adjusted, everything worked perfectly. The fix was immediate and the service was up and running. I have since put the service through its paces, and so far I am very happy with the performance. Coverage has been solid and the setup, once corrected, has been smooth.

Excellent customer support made all the difference. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend
Fonus.
