My experience was not great

My experience was not great. Forward Buy took about 2 weeks to respond to two of my email inquiries. Communication could really be improved. Shipping Costs: the options for shipping from Singapore to United States are expensive. I asked if there were cheaper shipping options, and after 2 weeks they got back to be with a slightly cheaper (but still expensive option). They only got back to me after I followed up with them. Then when I finally received my package it only contained 3 of the 5 items I ordered! They made it right and shipped me the 2 items they forgot to add to the package (and didn’t charge me), but it was still a frustrating experience overall. Also, they emailed me and said one of the items I ordered and paid for was no longer in stock. I said please give be a refund. A few weeks later I noticed Forward Buy never refunded me the money and I had to follow up and request it!

I want to give five stars, but...

I want to give these guys five stars, because they did everything promptly and my product arrived in perfect condition. However, be aware of a few things:
1) Shipping is expensive, even for a very light package
2) Paying them is hard. I had several methods fail because they're in India. They eventually had me pay them in Singapore Dollars and that worked.
3) I'm now getting emails from scammers. I created a brand new email address just for ForwardBuy, so I know for sure the scammers got it during the ForwardBuy process somehow.

If you use them, you will get your product -- they do a good job! But use a throw-away email address and use a one-time-use credit card number, just to be safe.

Rip off!

I know positively that what they charged me was about twice the cost of FedEx. It was also higher than the initial estimate. It also took a long time, and required a lot of unnecessary emails. I will never use them again! I wish there was a 0 star option!

Do not use their service

Do not use their service. COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE. MANY EXCUSES and ALL LIES. THEY SAID THEY ARE NOT OPEN ON WEEKENDS lame excuse.

PACKAGE WAS LOST PAID NOVEMBER 5. I PAID FED EX BUT THEY SAID THEY USED ANOTHER CHEAP COURIER AND NOW PACKAGE IS LOST AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY REQUEST FOR REFUND.

DONT BELIEVE THEIR EXCUSES. THIS COMPANY IS GOING DOWNHILL. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

PS I WAS NOT ISSUED REFUND UNTIL I REPORTED THEM TO PAYPAL. EVEN SO THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE SHIPPING COST OF THE LOST PACKAGE BECAUSE IT WAS PAID USING A CREDIT CARD NOT TRU PAYPAL. PAYPAL MADE A DECISION TO REFUND THE COST. BUT THIS COMPANY IS NOT PLANNING ON RETURNING MY MONEY.

We have checked your review and confirmed that courier service for your package was changed from FedEx to another alternate based on your email with complaints. Your current package was lost in-transit with the new courier and we do understand your frustration.

We as a package forwarder need to wait for confirmation from courier company regarding package loss and this will take few weeks to confirm. We did provide status of claims to you regularly. Unfortunately our team is not able provide updates on behalf of courier companies nor keep replying to daily emails.

We also confirm that your refund was processed by us as soon as the package was confirmed lost by courier. You can rest assured that your order was protected by buyer protection as usual through PayPal.

My overall experience using this…

My overall experience using this platform is great. I was able to finally purchased items from Singapore, since it’s not available in my local country.

Shop For Me - Place order on Nov 22, 2022. On Nov 29, 2022, the seller place the order, and the item was received from the warehouse by Dec 6, 2022. Their messenger chat support is not very responsive, but you can assure that you will received response from them.

Delivery - The Package was shipped last Dec 7, 2022, and it arrived at my door on Dec 9, 2022. The delivery was really fast, although its a bit pricey.

A great shipping agent

Personally, I had a great time using ForwardBuy. This was my first time using a shipping agent and it was 10/10 for me. The interface of the website is very easy to navigate, and all the information is there in case you need it. Cost wise, the shipping might be an issue, but you can repack your items to reduce the shipping cost.

Trusted and Professional Service | Will use it again

This is the second time I use their service to achieve my dream, which is to have a DVD box set of my favorite TV Show. The dream has come true! They’ve come in a good condition <3 The last order that I received has a little bit wrong from my seller— so I contacted her and asked for a refund. Luckily, she agreed. Yet, I didn’t have any Sing. bank account but then forwardbuy helps me out. After the seller transfers the refund money to their bank account (SGD3.5), forwardbuy provides me a coupon to discount as refund money (can apply to my next order). This service is gonna help you with all the problems even if it’s not related to them! Responsibility and Professional company. Forwardbuy, please take my advice and fix your communication section. It can be a lot faster and more responsive. Yet, the assistance of online chat is gentle and patient. Sometimes I am very upset since they reply too slowly and the item has been sold out, and I even have a bad attitude with them lol— but they still respond with respect:) My dream has come true! The service is very useful. Keep going forwardbuy! Hope who are reading this text has a great experience with my trusted company!!
