Communication needs to improve…
Communication needs to improve tremendously. Shipping is very very slow. If you need to purchase something, do it at least a month in advance. If not more!! The item I received was dirty and old looking despite being advertised as "new".

Service worked very well.
Ordered something from a second hand site, and the service was very quick and prompt with the order, even when I had questions they were quick to respond and were very nice, shipping costs are a touch expensive, but for how fast everything went I'd say it's worth the price.

Ordered from Canada. Service was easy and fast. Items arrived securely packaged and labelled fragile which I appreciate. The only downside was that I did not have any alternative options for shipping. Only one option for shipping and slightly expensive.

First time trying this service
First time trying this service. If I ship the item myself, it is cheaper (about $12 less delivery cost) but takes up more time and effort as I have to handle the courier myself. So using this service saves time and effort. And their delivery partners are reliable with tracking and quicker shipping done. I will engage this service again as it is more efficient.
