Had a problem with a damaged frame, was handled immediately. Beautiful quality, vibrant color. I order regularly. I recommend to everyone.

Ordering was easy; order delivery updates prompt and up-to-date. Packaging was compact but secured the prints well, along with the mounting screws. Plastic ribbon tape helped ensure the prints did not slide around during shipping.

The prints themselves came out beautifully! The wood stands for the small prints in particular helped turn the small prints into nice desk accessories - and bring a bit of joy on a busy day!

For the image dating back to the mid 1980's it is good, but not great. It is a little washed out and could have stood a little optimization. Otherwise a nice product.

We love traveling this country and have some beautiful pictures we want on our wall. These glass prints really capture the scene. And when I made a huge error while ordering on the website, this company upheld their 100% satisfaction guarantee to help me out. Thank you!

The glass prints arrived and the skin tones were way off - very orange compared to the image I uploaded. I requested reconciliation via refund or redo but they have not responded in several days. No phone number, chat is never active, and the 24 hour promise of a reply from a person' has not happened. 9/16 Follow Up: still no resolution. The vendor indicates they are not receiving my repeated emails even though I simply hit 'reply' to theirs. As noted in other reviews, hope you prints are perfect on the first try...

Absolutely beautiful prints! Bought two! One was a gift. It wasn’t as nice as the first. I reached out and they replace the second print no problem at all. The picture wasn’t center but they sent my an adjust crop version and it was perfect! They delivered both times incredibly quick. I am extremely happy and will be a lifelong customer! Perfect gift!

So far, I have ordered 6 pictures in the past. All items were professionally done, and the quality is exceptional. I have never had a problem with pictures processed by Fracture. As always, job well done!

Have ordered from this company in the past without any issues. Totally different experience recently. I was unable to place an exclamation point in the gift message. Nor was I able to mail it to the gift recipient. SO done with the now "totally fractured" Fractureme!! Not worth the hassle!

Falen was Amazing she helped me immensely I truly appreciate Fracture for always making it right. Their products are spectacular great value for such extraordinary work. I have many many prints created by Fracture and am so happy with them, everyone compliments them.

Seriously underwhelmed. It’s not a bad print, it’s just nothing special. The photo on glass is adequate, I added the no glare matte finish, but it’s not a focal/conversation photo I had hoped for. It’s a special photo, so I had hoped for something special. An 8x10 print in a nice frame would have been just as good, at a fraction of the price. Disappointed .

I absolutely love my fracture glass. It turned out great I got the mat with no glare it looks great on the wall I just couldn't be happier.

I have ordered glass prints in the past and been satisfied. The experience this time is woefully INADEQUATE.
I uploaded a photo to make glass print,. I received NO confirmation however they did manage to charge my credit card. I have made a few attempts to contact their customer service (misnomer) to no avail.. Good luck trying to reach them. Last time i ever order from them

Working with fracture was easy to get my photos in a glass print and received it pretty fast and with no damages. The only thing I was a little disappointed, which is why I don’t give ot a 5 stars is because the option to reposition or adjust anything was limited. I got my glass print and it wasn’t as vibrant or bright as I’ve seen other glass prints. This was my first time printing on glass but my photo was an original from a photographer so not sure if I needed to do anything before uploading to fracture to make it look better as I thought that fracture would handle the color’s vibrancy or sharpness. So unfortunately, needs to say I wasn’t happy with my photo.

Mat finish was a mistake. Still has reflections with none of what made the high polish finish look good.

I love my print! It came broken / cracked but one email with pictures to customer service later - they shipped out a new one ASAP! Thanks so much!!

We've gotten ten different Fracture pictures throughout the year. The ordering process is so simple. They always arrive quickly, and carefully packaged. They make the perfect gift.

Loving my Fracture prints!!!! Arrived quickly, packaged safely & easy to hang! We plan to do a collage of vacation adventures, so we will be ordering more over the years!!!!
