Color is very different than the file I sent, very disappointed in the quality of the glass print. Will not be ordering again.

So happy with our print ! Easy to order, lots of choices and very quick delivery.

The product fell short of my expectations based on online and TV ads, which showed an image directly transferred onto glass. Instead, what I got looked like a photo printed on paper sandwiched between foam and thin glass. The high-resolution image I uploaded was also compromised, resulting in a dark, low-resolution, grainy photo. Meant as a hospitality gift, I'm actually embarrassed to give this cheap-looking and feeling photo to anyone.

Beautiful workmanship. My client was extremely pleased with the results. I will be using Fracture for more projects as well as for personal use. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a picture of ice hockey player, Ovechkin scoring goal #888 with a large portion of it white ice. The fracture didn’t come out quite as expected but without any question they fixed it and I received a new fracture in only 2 days. It looks great and now the Gr8 8 is hanging proudly.

The picture is clear with great contrast. It came well packaged. I agree with others that it is priced pretty high.

I absolutely love the glass print. Originally I had the photo done in ceramic and it got broken. When I found Fracture I ordered one close to the size of my original and I thought it would look the same. I couldn't be more wrong. It was far superior. Thank you for your attention to detail and careful work and reasonable price.

Prompt and good product quality

Picture looks great, got two 6x5, one as a gift. Would have liked the larger size but the price it too high.
I was worried about the cropping & the contrast with the snow in the image. It all looks great.
Would purchase more and larger but the price makes it prohibited.

Shipping to Canada was expensive with a further charge on receiving because it was shipped to me by Canada Post. Possibly using FedEX or another it could be less expensive.

They were extremely kind and accommodating. I had submitted a design that got cropped in the production process. It was a $1000 order. They allowed me to submit new files, they corrected the cropping, and resent the glass frames free of charge. Top quality service. The rep that dealt with my case was also very polite and friendly. I love Fracture. The prints they created for me are absolutely beautiful in my new rental. And their customer service is truly amazing. I have been into photography for many years. I've always admired the glass prints when I went to art shows and now I can create them at a fraction of the cost that I'd have to pay at an art show. I had a couple of issues with some of the prints I made and Fracture replaced them no questions asked. Tyler, one of the customer service reps, is great to work with. I will absolutely be using Fracture again to buy some prints for my kids homes. Just be aware that they are very fragile, so handle them with care!
