I ordered a perfume end of September…
I ordered a perfume end of September for a bday on the 9th of October. There was a labelling issue due to Royal Mail. I went to the local Royal Mail depo to resolve and they told me it was returned to sender.
I contacted the sender to advise them on this issue. They said they will issue a refund once received to there warehouse team.
We are now on the 4th of OCT and this still hasn’t been refunded or resolved after 10+times of correspondence. They can see it’s clearly been u delivered and still have not resolved this issue.
UPDATE
Fragrance london are now saying that the delivery was attempted twice, they have just caught them selfs out lying as the delivery driver I spoke to said there’s a labelling issue so he couldn’t give it to me and it would be sent back. I spoke to the delivery driver, scammers.
It’s been 90 days. And they chatting about 30 day bullshit. Idiots

Dear Jj Firstly please accept our sincere apologies however having investigated the matter it was established that delivery was attempted by Royal mail twice at your address and you had missed delivery on both ocassions. The item was then returned to main hub for returning back to us. This can take up to 30 days for royal mail to return the item to us. Once we receive the item back we will apply the refund. You will appreciate that you missed delivery and we can not be held responsible. But the refund will be issued in due course once we receive the item back from Royal Mail.We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the poor experience you have had.
We would like to clarify that our order fulfilment system is automated, and all items are scanned using barcodes as part of the dispatch process. Therefore, under our standard procedures, it should not be possible for a 30ml bottle to be dispatched instead of a 100ml bottle. However, we take your comments seriously and would like to investigate what may have happened in your particular case.
We also have a WhatsApp contact facility available to provide a smooth and convenient customer service experience. Our WhatsApp support line is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 4:00pm. We are therefore concerned to hear about the difficulties you experienced when trying to contact us by telephone and email, and we will investigate the issue. The order number you have provided is not from fragrancelondon & is from different market place. You need to contcat them as they may have technical issues resulting in wrong item sent to you.

*AVOID AVOID* DON’T WASTE YOUR CASH*they sent me damaged goods and refuse to refund or send another.
I received my Explorer Platinum Gift Set on Saturday the box nor the Aftershave was sealed, the 2 x refill glass bottles were smashed and leaked staining the box and marking it, the main bottle or box was not sealed, so am now suspicious that it’s the genuine article. The box was not protected only a few polystyrene bits but were underneath the aftershave set nothing protecting the gift box at all. I have called and it says they’re too busy with calls also I have sent 5 x emails they only respond to the first one wanting more details but I did send the order number and 4 x photos with my 1st email all where you can clearly see the smashed items and bad very little protective packaging, no packaging inside gift box to protect glass products whatsoever, I have also sent 5 WhatsAPP with NO reply so I am not a happy customer and will take this further if I have no response today Including postage I’ve wasted £42 and it was my sons birthday gift. Because no seal I also have big doubts that it’s ALL FAKE so I will update once I take it to a professional legit retailer.
Further to my 7 x email I sent to this Company I finally received a reply today with absolutely NO intention to refund or send me another, I will speak with Citizens Advice Consumer and Fraud Department. Please read their response to me today. Please DO NOT PURCHASE from them I think they may of sent out damaged goods knowing that they would not refund I wonder how many others have had this with them. They take days to reply also you can’t ever get through on their telephone or WhatsApp they don’t answer.
They have also taken my review down from their Website and I only see all positive reviews it’s obvious they want nobody to know!! Hope this helps anyone thinking of purchasing from them !!

Superb price! I was slightly sceptical at first as it seemed too good to be true, and not heard of the website before, but sure enough I received a genuine new/sealed aftershave in very fast delivery time!
