Disappointed with this purchase
Disappointed with this purchase. The perfume itself smells nice at first, but the scent does not last long at all and fades very quickly. The packaging was also damaged, which was frustrating because this was meant to be given as a gift, but I could not gift it in that condition.
I bought this from Temu and, based on the poor longevity and damaged packaging, I am not fully confident the product is genuine. Overall, not what I expected and I would not buy again.

Firstly, we sincerely apologise for the poor experience you have had on Temu market place.
We understand that you raised concerns regarding the following three issues:
The fragrance/smell was not long-lasting.
The packaging arrived damaged.
You believe the item was not genuine.
We would also like to clarify that your order was placed through Temu rather than directly through our website. As such, we would appreciate the opportunity to investigate your concerns directly before the matter is concluded.
Please provide us with your order number so that we can review the order and investigate the issues you have raised. If, following our investigation, we establish that the product is faulty or your complaint is found to be genuine, we will be happy to arrange a full refund.
We apologise again for the inconvenience and look forward to receiving your order details so we can resolve this matter for you.
FAKE FAKE FAKE
Quite simply fake.Smells nothing like the origional and doesnt last.
Offering a refund for "unopened bottles" is laughable.
How can you tell when it looks real then you open it to find its not.
A call to trading standards is next on my agenda.
I hate scammers and i will not let this rest.

Dear Tony Thank you for sharing your view. We are selling perfumes since 2012 and all our suppliers are UK based. These are well known distributors of branded items and very much trading standards compliant. With regards to refund if item is opened, used and manufacturer seal broken we strictly offer no refund. This poilcy is in line with other major UK retailer. Next time when you purchase perfume open it use it and take it back to the store stating you did not like it, no refund will be issued. Every retail store/ online channel has same policy. We can only offer our apologies on your experince with us.
Note: If you can prove that the item delivered to you was not authentic we will give you free unlimited supply for your life time.
Your review is not genuine as we have no trace of any order placed by you with us.
Excellent place to buy.
Efficient and prompt service.
Great after sales service too.

I was initially hesitant after seeing some mixed reviews but I am really glad I ordered from Fragrance London. The fragrance arrived quickly, beautifully packaged and 100% authentic - exactly the same as I've purchased in-store before. The scent is long-lasting and the bottle came sealed with original packaging. Customer service was also responsive when I had a question about shipping. I wouldn't hesitate to order again as they are the cheapest supplier in the UK currently.
