One of the frames arrived damaged
One of the frames arrived damaged. I sent photos and asked for help to resolve. This email and several subsequent follow ups were all completely ignored.

Broken product
The order arrived damaged, I did try to reach out to FramesPlus via email to see if we could resolve the issue, but Gmail keeps getting automatic rejections from their server "The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect".
Edit: I have been contacted by FramesPlus who explained that their email system was being migrated and so was temporarily out of action. I have asked for a replacement product and will update this review in due course.

I'm really sorry your order arrived damaged — that's not the experience we want for anyone, and we'll absolutely put it right.
I also want to apologise for the bounced emails. We were in the middle of moving our email system and our mail server was temporarily misconfigured, which is why your messages couldn't get through. That fault has now been fixed, so we're fully reachable again.
I've just emailed you directly (to your Gmail address) to arrange a replacement or refund — whichever you'd prefer. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder, or reach us at info@framesplus.co.uk and we'll get this sorted as a priority.

I wish I had checked the reviews here first as I have received a similar experience. My 3 frames arrived last weekend, all ordered the same size but 1 has arrived shorter than the others and too noticeable for how I wanted to display them on my wall which is really frustrating. Even more frustrating has been no response whatsoever to the 3 emails I’ve sent this week so if I were you I would order your frames elsewhere.

One of the three frames delivered was damaged and I contacted the company: I received no response. As a result, I could not recommend the company.

Appalling service
Appalling service. Ordered 6 frames and have not received anything. You cannot call as there is no telephone number. The online chat does not respond and they do not respond to emails. When I check the tracking they state that the order has been fulfilled, but it has most definitely not. BEWARE. DO NOT USE.

Damaged frame, no response to email
My frame has a huge scratch on it. There online chat function is never replied to and I haven't heard back from my email. Looking at other reviews it seems like this is common. Definitely do not recommend
