AVOID, AVOID!!! Frame arrived broken, you get no response from anyone at FramesPlus.

Ordered and paid for 4 frames. Only 2 were delivered and they were both damaged. Many emails, used their chat, called and no response. Shocking service. AVOID!

Looking on Companies House records, this company was dissolved in Jan 24.

Great quality and prompt delivery, will definitely use again and recommend FramesPlus…

Poor frame quality, arrived in pieces, slow to refund & respond

They did not deliver my order to me. I tried to contact many times via their customer service on website but no reply. I contacted them via Etsy and was told they could not locate my order. I had to contact my credit card company to stop the payment and get refund. It’s terrible experience and I would not recommend.

Never received my frames and got in contact with them, but no reply .
I've tracked them through evri and they haven't even received them .
Gutted as I've been waiting for over 2 weeks for them

Placed order on 8/5, received a Evri tracking number and a promised delivery date of the 14-16/5 on the 9/5. However Evri have never received the shipment and FramesPlus don't respond to emails. Charge Backs have now been raised.

one of the frames arrived damaged and I tried to reach customer service 4-5 times and was ignored. I was planning to use as my new supplier but wont now, no refund or replacement or even acknowledgement

Awful communication. Wanted to put a lot of business through them but they wouldn’t reply to emails or messages posted on their website. Will have to find an alternative to supply 1000 frames. Crazy business!
I note the company appears to have gone from under.

Terrible communication, in fact zero communication! Sent in 2 batches with no explanation so when first half received had no idea if the second half would arrive. Wrong colour frame sent, emailed with photos requesting change and never heard back. Was also unhappy with damage to most of them, the inserts didn’t fit and nearly all were coming apart at the corners. Emailed several times and never got a reply. Contacted my bank who have raised a dispute and this company have had the cheek to disagree despite never once coming back to me. Only emails ever received have been the constant nagging for reviews! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Worst customer service ever. No response . Never use
