From frame builder to delivery A+
Fell on these guys after a Google search. Very impressed. Frame is good quality and the frame builder widget I used to build it myself was easy to use. I paid a little extra in postage to get it within a couple of days and it turned up 48 hours later well packaged and just as I'd hoped.

Great company to work with. I ordered frames from their shop on Amazon, didn't take take all the packaging off immediately as wanted to keep frames pristine. One was broken, Amazon completely washed their hands of it being as I was out with the return time and couldn't return in perfect condition. Just by chance I reached out to the workshop and all was resolved, so quickly and pleasantly. It was an absolute delight to correspond with Amanda. I will definitely be going directly to this company for anything I may need in the future, frame wise. Proper caring old fashioned customer service, absolutely worth its weight in gold. I had a great experience with Frame Company, and have bought multiple custom-sized frames from them. When one of them had an issue, they immediately replaced it. I especially appreciated how easy it was to contact them and get an actual human's response.

Fantastic frame, careless courier
Bought a frame & mount for a tapestry that I had just finished from Frame Company, it can be tricky to get the right size for things like this, and was able to order the exact size I needed for a good price, delivered quickly and was perfect for my item. Great contact when I had a question. Would have given 5 stars but despite being labelled fragile it was pretty beaten up when it arrived and could have easily been damaged - I realise this is more the couriers fault but they might need to reconsider their carrier if they ignore the very obvious labels. Will definitely be ordering from them again though !

In terms of the delivery issue, our sincerest apologies that the parcel did not make it to you in pristine condition, however very relieved that it did managed to escape any damage. We use several couriers not just the one, and it is the most difficult thing to find one courier that everyone is happy with. What works for one, never works for another and so whilst your comments are certainly taken on board and valued, if we were to change couriers every time this was suggested, there honestly wouldn't be any couriers left. We do use a perfectly sufficient amount of packaging, which in this case is proven as your frame thankfully did arrive unscathed, however when you consider the volume of hands and processes that the parcel passes through from the point of leaving us to the time of delivery to the customer, it would be highly difficult to ensure that the parcel arrives in complete pristine condition. We can certainly hope, but ultimately we put our trust in the couriers to handle our parcels with care, but in the event that anything does arrive damaged or faulty from the journey, please have peace of mind that we will always offer an immediate resolution.

I have bought from Frame Company before…
I have bought from Frame Company before so I naturally went to their website again and ordered the same frame again as it's so nice and there was a little problem with the perspex which could have even been my fault but I was in touch with Amanda who has been brilliant throughout and she has replied competently and precise and I have been very impressed with her friendly response and I think she deserves a prize for her patience and understanding....overall I am very impressed with the Frame Company and Amanda and I am definitely recommending them to everyone and will be buying again in the near future

Great Customer Service…
I ordered a frame and insert from this company. I messed up the payment but they reached out and we got it sorted very quickly.
The frame was delivered promptly but unfortunately the glass was broken. Very quickly they responded and offered to dispose of the glass if I didn't want too. They then offered to replace everything or if the frame wasn't damaged to just replace the glass or replace with high quality perspex.
I chose perspex and the customer service and follow up was 100% efficient and courteous and they apologised frequently for something which was not their fault. Really great customer service.

Fantastic service and beautiful frames!
I needed a very specific frame that I couldn't find anywhere, so I reached out to Frame Company to see if there was any chance they could make what I was looking for. Amanda replied very promptly with a great recommendation and a couple of options. They seemed to match my needs, so I went ahead with the custom order. Amanda made everything very simple and straightforward, and a little while later my frames arrived! They are absolutely perfect for what I needed them for and they look wonderful. Really excellent service all around and I'll definitely be back to order more!

What amazing service
What amazing service. I ordered a A3 frame that arrived damaged. I e mailed customer services and got a reply later the same day. The contact was brilliant, very personal with one person dealing with with my issue. I received a new frame within 3 days!! I think the mark of a company is how they deal with problems when they arise, in my case they far exceeded my expectations. Well done to Amanda and team.

FANTASTIC customer service
I bought a frame from this company via Amazon, which unfortunately arrived with the glass broken. I emailed the Frame Company explaining my situation, and I was lucky enough to have a response from Amanda by the next day. Amanda was incredibly helpful, apologetic, kind and understanding and arranged for a replacement glass to be sent out immediately. I also was kindly offered the option of changing to a plexi-glass instead which is more durable, however as the frame is for a wedding project I asked for glass. Because of this wonderful customer service the initial fault of the broken glass was concretely overcome and I would happily order from them again if I am need of another frame. The frame itself is lovely too. Five stars!

I have had many pictures framed by this company and I am 100% satisfied that they provide a very good service. The people who work there are very helpful and I have never had to wait that long for the framing to be done.I would most definitely recommend this Company and I will always go there for my framing.

Excellent company and customer service
I ordered a frame and mount for a special print.
I paid extra for a speedy delivery prior to going away. It arrived as expected but owing to the delivery driver putting it in with my recycling during extreme wet weather the mount had some water damage, despite being very well packaged.
Customer service were so helpful and replaced the mount, holding off posting until I was back from holiday to receive it.
The frame and mount look so good and I am happy to recommend and re order.

Avoid. Can't fulfil ordered frame sizes.
Very unhelpful company who don't know the sizes of their own frames.
Avoid The Frame Company. They've set up frame ordering on Amazon. Click on one size and you'll receive a random choice by post. Let them know by the email that they provide and they'll redirect to Amazon. And then send the wrong size frame out a second time. Avoid these clowns who can't recognise the sizes of their own frames.

Thank you for leaving your review and for choosing to order one of our frames. As we did try to explain, yes we do sell our frames on Amazon from our Frame Company store, but we also sell our frames to Amazon who then go on to sell our frames but as an Amazon product. I completely understand how the concept can sometimes be confused and especially when Amazon customer service directs you to us in the event of any issue, but essentially we have absolutely no involvement or power over the sale or how it is advertised. You will see somewhere on the Amazon listing "Sold by" and it will either state "Sold by Frame Company" or "Sold by Amazon". On this occasion you purchased sold by from Amazon which means that every process, from the storage of the frames, the picking, the handling, quality checks and the packing is all managed by Amazon and their staff from their various fulfilment centres. The orders are delivered by Amazon designated carriers and your payment is even made directly to Amazon. We have absolutely no part to play in the transaction when you purchase a "Sold by Amazon" product. We do sincerely go above and beyond for all of our customers and your review is saddening because we do pride ourselves on offering a very high standard of customer service, whatever the situation. We have raised the listing issue with our account manager several times and are honestly working on how we can ensure it is corrected as soon as possible to avoid this happening to more customers, however regretfully we are unable to change how Amazon operate and advertise their products ourselves, we sadly do not have that power. The replacement that you received would have again been sent by Amazon.
I do understand your frustration entirely and I appreciate that it is a Frame Company branded product, but I can only offer the example of you purchasing a pair of Nike trainers from John Lewis, but in the event of an issue, you return to Nike themselves, rather than John Lewis where the sale was actually made.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience you have been caused, and understand that Amazon have since refunded you fully so that's good news at least, but it is unfair to suggest to others to avoid Frame Company, we are certainly not clowns and we work very hard every day in our customers best interest only, but sadly in this instance, the situation is completely out of our control.
