I purchased a floor lamp from this store, and it’s the perfect addition to my reading nook. The lamp is stylish and well-made, with just the right amount of light for reading and relaxing. They Email You Forever

Once they get your email address, they will never leave you alone, regardless of how many times you unsubscribe or write them directly and ask for removal.

If you must order from them, I'd create a burner just for your order, and then delete the email account once your order has been fulfilled.

I recently purchased this stunning dining table, and I can't express how excited I am to host my first family dinner on it! The marble quality is truly exceptional, far surpassing my expectations for the price I paid. I’m usually hesitant to make big furniture purchases, but the friendly staff, especially Jason, made the process seamless. He answered all my questions and even suggested matching chairs that would complement the table beautifully. The store itself is a pleasure to visit, with a wide range of high-quality pieces that are both stylish and affordable. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase, and I’m already planning my next visit.

“Extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a full bedroom set and only received one nightstand and the bed. After contacting customer service, I was told the second nightstand was out of stock. I requested a full refund due to their inventory issue, but they refused and claimed they found another nightstand. When it finally arrived, it was damaged—scratched, dented, poorly painted, and the wrong color. Customer service has been dismissive, unprofessional, and resistant to issuing a refund. They even offered the damaged nightstand for free, which I do not want. This company has serious quality control and customer service issues. Avoid them at all costs!” If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Order at your own risk…

Ordered two pieces, a lounge chair, and an ottoman. They were made by Four Hands but despite being the same color (ordered) they do not match. I removed the furniture from the dirty boxes to avoid soiling my carpet and after I put the two pieces together it became apparent they did not match in color and texture. I immediately sent an email but it took a few days for then to respond. They did not tell me to save the box until right after the recyclers came to pick it up. Now they are saying if I don't have the shipping box they won’t return or exchange the ottoman. Very expensive mistake to order from this company and would not recommend purchasing furniture by Four Hands, either. It may not match and is not well-built furniture.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE

Under no circumstances should anyone EVER order anything from this scam company. They advertised that they had multiple inventory of a discontinued furniture item. I ordered it from them because I could not find it anywhere else that would ship, and I wanted a matching item for a set I already had. They took my credit card number, immediately debited my card, then two weeks later informed me they did not in fact have any of the items in stock. Did they then refund my money? No. Despite the fact that a legitimate business does not debit your card until they ship the item, and that they did not have the item to ship, they refused to refund my money. They came up with every excuse in the book to not refund it. Finally I called my credit card company and turned it over to them. They refunded my money and have been trying ever since to get the money from France and Son for the item they never shipped and never had. It has now been five weeks since I ordered the item, and my credit card company has still not gotten the money out of this shyster outfit.

I ordered and paid a lot of money for 5…

I ordered and paid a lot of money for 5 pieces for a new apartment. Received 3 pieces in 30 days. Couch was wrong, no one knew what happened to coffee table that I was told I would receive and credenza was no longer available.
They eventually refunded my money for coffee table and credenza and sent correct couch. But it took a lot of phone calls and I had to keep signing stuff.
But their shipping company, Quantum, is even worse. Forgot to load my correct couch for delivery. Didn’t notify me that I would not get it while I was at home waiting on it. Then at end of day said oh will get it to you sometime when we are sending a truck that way. No date, maybe in a couple of weeks.
The whole process was horrible!!!!

Warning to anyone wanting to purchase…

Warning to anyone wanting to purchase items from this company. They took over $200 in March for a mirror that was never in stock. After finally advising me that it was in stock several months later, they have now failed to ship it to me. they claimed it has been picked up from their warehouse but it never has been and they cannot provide evidence to me and are now ignoring my emails. Their actions amount to theft. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY OR SEND THEM ANY MONIES.

Never order from this company

Never order from this company. We ordered 6 dining chairs with white glove delivery for our vacation home 4 hours away. Weeks after the order was placed I was told the chairs would be delivered the week of Aug 19 so I took off and drove up for that week to ensure I was available to accept. After placing multiple calls and sitting on hold for hours, I was told that the delivery had been rescheduled for this week. Again after multiple calls and sitting on hold I was told Friday before noon. The chairs arrived at 6:30 pm. One chair was dropped in the parking lot and scuffed in multiple places. No way to reach France and son customer service. Delivery service refused to take the chair back and stated I could keep it until a new one was available to replace. After signing that delivery accepted for 5 chairs and 1 was damaged, the driver requested to take the chair. I stated that I was keeping the chair until a replacement was received as previously agreed. The absolute worst customer service!! Buy at your own risk!

Our are also sorry that you had a hard time contacting our team. Our office hours close at 6pm EST, so by the time you received the delivery our team's office was closed.

Happy with my purchase

I purchased an office chair that was sold as "out of box" and it was a good deal. Delivery took a few weeks but my chair arrived when they told me it would and it was easy to assemble. I was doubtful after having read negative reviews, but all in all my experience was positive and the chair is beautiful.

Never order from this company

Never order from this company. Received a coffee table that was severed in half and after multiple email exchanges and phone calls (which happened immediately upon delivery) was offered a $145 dollar credit. Had to spend every day following up with pictures and requests to speak to a human and finally after almost two weeks time they admitted they would provide a refund. They initially were asking to have the item returned so this huge box sat in my living room for almost a month before they said, just kidding neither us nor the manufacturer want to deal with picking it up. Also cut to the 14+ business days they said it would take to issue a refund and STILL have not received a dime back from them. Awful, awful awful customer service

The worst ever

Of all the online companies I have ever dealt with this co. is the worst ever. There is no customer service. They respond back with bot emails a week later, then you get random emails in the middle of the night with no content. You have a 30 day return period (my item was severely damaged) and after almost 30 days still no return label. They repeatedly sent "forms" to fill out for a request return that had to have an "signed" signature. They must have sent that form 3 or 4 times and I kept signing it and sending it back and then would get a email with the same form again to fill out. When they would send me an email i was instructed not to reply or I would be "moved down father in to the q.
