We have been to franky and bennys today in Elton square, (for the first time in this restaurant) and never ever been treat so bad, we waited to be seated and after being seated it took approx 20 minutes for waitress to come ask about drinks, then a further 15 minutes for these to come to our table, the waitress come to the table and asked for our order my wife ordered the haloumi wrap and I ordered a beef brisket wrap, it took over 25 minutes for our food to be delivered and when it did come my wife was given her haloumi wrap and I was given something I didn't order, it looked like some kind of breakfast 2 fried eggs on top, I tried to call the waitress back and eventually after another 5 minutes she did come back, I told her that this is not what I ordered and told her what my order was, she very quickly grabbed my plate and walked away when we seen her walking past again my wife asked how long this would be to which she replied 3 minutes my wife looked at her plate and was not happy and asked her if she could keep her food warm, she took my wifes plate away after a further 16 minutes our order was brought to the table, the brisket wrap was barely warm and not anything like I had had from other franky and bennysand my wifes food was very cold and not nice to eat at all so was left I asked the waitress for our bill and she brought it, she looked at my phone on the table and seen I had my blue light card app open and very quickly said you can't have any discount off your food just go check the terms and conditions I asked for the card machine and paid our bill and left, I have honestly never ever been treated like this in the many other franky and bennys I have been too and will most certainly won't ever be returning again disgusting service

The staff at the Wembley outlet were absolutely fantastic.

Firstly, delay in getting food. It took 55 minutes to receive a burger and carbonara!
The burger was the £18.95 double with garnish and chips. Garnish might as well have been called vanish as it wasn't present. Chips were cold and the bun looked as though it had been ten rounds with Tom Fury.
Carbonara was bland and lacked seasoning.
Deserts arrived more swiftly. It was £9 each for a glass of chocolate ice cream, a few marshmallows and bits of oreo and a small squirt of canned cream on the top. Drinks were, as expected, ridiculously priced.
I hadn't tried this place for a number of years. I had hoped they'd have upped their game but sadly, not. I now understand why they are closing restaurants! Much better eateries around.

In F&B Denton. Superb attention to detail. Great service. I'm gluten free and lactose intolerant. Manager helped with order, was friendly, knowledgeable and fun to speak to Chefs took extreme care with my food. I can tell the food was good quality.
I had GF garlic bread with vegan garlic butter and Arrabiata pasta with chicken. Loved every second of visit and will definitely come again.

Went to st David’s Cardiff franky and bennys waited ages for food to arrive ordered spag Bol came no sauce freezing cold and had one spoon full of spaghetti this dish just under 15pound wouldn’t of fed that excuse as spag Bol to my dogs honestly look like they had poured oil to the spaghetti and for got the whole meaning of bolognase it was appalling if they keep serving food that bad they need to be shut down how they get away with this is beyond me honestly pls be warned stay away a absolute rip off

The food was pretty awful.
The kids menu is quite good value, but 3/5 of us had burgers and they were all cold, looked horrible and clearly not freshly cooked.
It's a shame, used to enjoy visiting here.
The waitress was lovely. Very helpful.

Visited the Pride Park, Derby branch of Frankie and Benny's with my daughter to celebrate her new job. The staff were lovely and attentive, the restaurant was clean and welcoming and the food was excellent. we were served swiftly and will definitely return again soon.

Food was very nice but never use their WiFi. You have to enter you're email address and have been bombarded by spam marketing emails from all over the world ever since. Wont be using them again

Had steak royal with peppercorn sauce ,the first sauce was cold. Requested a new sauce, the chef made me a new one, told to be careful it's scolding hot. It wasluke warm, very disappointed with quality of food. No issue with staff, who were good but have been to the whiteley restaurant and few times but after this experience will not eat there again .it's a shame because I used to think they were good but if they continue this way they will end up closing down which explains why they were almost empty

Steak meals were stone cold, one steak couldn’t even be cut in to it was so fatty and poor quality.
Portions vs price, ridiculously poor.
One dessert never made it to the table, and I didn’t get to eat.
Floors, tables and seats filthy, I even took some videos.

Don’t waste your time or money on this hole! Worst service and dining experience ever!! Wish we’d gone to a proper restaurant, instead of an incompetent grossly overpriced, filthy chain.

We went yesterday to the Covent Garden, London branch of the restaurant and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews. The food was freshly cooked and generous. The lady serving us was lovely and attentive. It was a nice meal in the centre of London.

False advertising, ordered a "steakhouse burger" photo and wording advertised it as "stacked high" with beef brisket, when it arrived I took top bun off as I couldn't see the beef brisket, not even a table spoon of beef brisket on the burger. Complained and was told "that is the portion size". I refused the food and did not order anything else. Disgusting they can falsely advertise not only in the photo's of food but actually the wording. Macdonalds do better burgers. I won't be using or recommending this restaurant. Appalling

Found out too late that YOU have to ask for the “kids eat free” offer BEFORE you order, otherwise they charge you full price for kids and say there’s nothing they can do. Staff don’t prompt you to ask this, very poor and exploitative of parents who are struggling over the holidays!

We were shopping at Cheshire oaks Saturday and decided to call in for tea before the drive home, there was a member of staff a blond girl wearing glasses standing there staring at us and left us standing there, after waiting for over 10 minutes for a table a young girl cleaning tables stopped what she was doing to show us to a table, a family came in 10 minutes after us and were seated near us, we had decided what we were having from the menu and sat patiently waiting for someone to come and take our order, the blond girl decided to come over but went to the family and left us sitting there so we decided to leave, this member of staff was absolutely disgusting service she needs dealing with, because of her we won’t be going back to this place.

I've recently visited both the Newcastle Eldon Square branch and the Metrocentre branch.
On both occasions the food and service has been amazing.
The New york cheesecake is the best I've ever had.
I cannot fault the two restaurants I've been to.
My friend and I visited during the day for lunch and I'd recommend these 2 restaurants 100%.

Male waiter helpful and polite at Cribbs Causeway Bristol while female when we went to till to show our Groupon vouchers was rude off hand impolite and lacked any customer service skills how she's employed is a mystery! It completely took me by surprise as up until then it had been ok, she completely put the downers on the birthday meal and purely because it was granddaughters birthday that I didn't give her two barrels, we won't be returning! We were treated as second class customers purely because we were using a Groupon voucher, first she said it wasn't valid in an awful manner then when I double checked it she decided it was indeed valid no apology no niceness just pure hostility obviously at cribbs causeway bristol they have a problem with their staff training as she was a complete b....about putting our vouchers through the till all in her error so God knows what she was so hostile about!! I donot recommend this particular outlet.

•30% had to be returned because it was too cold.
•100% lacked basic seasoning(salt) and were EXTREMELY oily. Some items were so OILY they were translucent.

The outcome after the small amount of food was consumed, unfortunately left a horribly intense feeling of nausea and a thick coating of oil in the mouth of which was EXTREMELY unpleasant!

The staff member that did served us didn’t even give us time to taste the food before she asked “is it ok?”

-I highly recommend avoiding this establishment. AT ALL COST!

If you are willing to risk your digestive system I would recommend Pepto-Bismol. And be prepared to spend a lot of time on the toilet!!!

Hannah was very efficient in her service she was very approachable and helpful throughout our experience before attending an event at Wembley

Drink ordered 15 minutes later staff just talking about cocktails.
I left before ordering food.
I think I know why the pace is empty.
Will not be back.
