The lower level toilets were out of order, so I went to upper level. The 1st loo I visited was disgusting, filthy. Went to 2nd toilet and almost had a nasty accident. The toilet seat was not attached and I slipped. I managed to stop myself falling, although I bruised my arm. I'm in my 70s and able, anyone frail would not have been so lucky. Our server, who was working alone, was concerned and set in motion emergency repairs. I tried to speak to deputy manager but she went off to have lunch with a friend/colleague. Even so, she should have taken the time to see if I was OK.
The hand dryer was also broken.
The food was OK, but was very disappointed with the state of the loos.
I did send a feedback form and have not had any contact from Beefeater, hence the reason I am writing a review. I have been a loyal customer, but feel this branch in Redhill has really gone down hill and think it will be a while IF I ever return again.

Nice place and excellent staff
We often go to Beefeater at the Dukes Worksop for dinner on Saturday evening. The food is good with excellent service provided by the staff, especially Abbey who goes out of her way to be helpful and have a friendly chat.
Disinterested staff, ignorant of ID, want your data instead
Walked in today and was met with completely disinterested staff. After being ignored, I realized the table didn't even have a number on it. When I finally went to order and presented my official HM Armed Forces Veteran Card, (which I can use to fly in UK) I was met with a snotty attitude and told it wasn't valid.
Apparently, at this Beefeater, a legal government-issued Veteran ID means nothing. They insist you download a third-party app and generate a digital code just to get the advertised discount. In other words: they want your personal info and data tracking in exchange for a burger.
It’s a poor way to treat veterans. If a physical ID card isn't proof enough of service for you, then you clearly don't value the military community as much as your marketing suggests. I walked out and won't be back. Plenty of other places in Durham actually respect the card without the BS.

We visited Beefeater Barn at Seclow Gate Milton Keynes today just for a family 'Get together' and found the whole experience most pleasant and comfortable.

Rude waitress, took order for chilli linguine and tomato and basil pizzette. Linguine arrived with garlic and cheese pizzette, I didn’t order it or like it. When I raised the issue with her she said that’s how it comes as a meal. According to the menu there is no specific pizzette to accompany the linguine out of the 3 on the menu, I’ve checked and even been served my request in other sites. She was abrupt and walked off with the remainder of the garlic bread.
Why not give me what I ordered or if indeed she felt she was correct inform me of the change?
When I went to pay I saw a different assistant, I mentioned the food issue, she apologised and removed the garlic pizzette from my bill, during this time the original staff member was watching and looking very annoyed, I’m sure words were exchanged once I’d moved away from the counter.
Breakfast was to the usual standard, a polite server with food cooked to order.
Unfortunately there was some maintenance going on in the ceiling space, why not wait until breakfast is finished, maybe they had to wait for 30 minutes, again this was unsettling.
I’m a business traveler and I shall not visit this site again.

I love beefeater! It is exceptional, from the food, to the staff, to the atmosphere, i just cant get enough. Albeit simply, but highly effective. Gordan ramsay would struggle to find a finger wrong, magicians work behind the kitchen doors!!!

Ordered a fillet steak medium to well done, got a cheap copy undercooked and full of fat ang grisol, got it changed and replacement not much better. Went again and steak was even worse, got it changed and only marginally better. Avoid the brache in Luton if you want a good steak

Few times we went to The Longwall…
Few times we went to The Longwall Beefeater in Oxford near to Mini Cooper car factory. There are many dining spaces and the arrangement of tables and chairs are very surprisingly good and beautiful and thats a new and good experience. There's upstairs and downstairs for dining and the light arrangements are very nice. Everything looks very nice and beautiful. The washroom are very clean. And for car parking we have to register our car details for free parking. The staffs are very helpful.
We ordered gammon and beef roast dinner on a Sunday. We have to wait some time. Sundays are huge rush and lots of people for dining there. But the roast dinner is hot and fresh. We enjoyed the food very much but it is little expensive.
But for Blue Light Card holders Beefeater will gives 25% discount. For getting code we will able to access a new code via Blue Light Card app. We show that QR code in the counter then they will give you discount. We already got discount from Beefeater. Anyway we enjoyed the food by going there.

My family and I had a wonderful time celebrating Mother's Day at our local Beefeater last night. The food is always very good at Beefeater Redditch North and last night was no exception. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and everything came out of the kitchen at the same time and hot. What made this already excellent experience even more wonderful was our server; Jennifer (Jen).
All of the staff at Beefeater Redditch North are very efficient, very friendly, very helpful and very attentive but Jen goes further by not only taking our order but by pre-empting our wants and needs. For example, Jen brought out Horseradish Sauces to go with the Steaks we'd ordered before we asked, she brought us a Vinegar bottle because some people were having chips and Ketchup and Mayonnaise for the same reason. Jen kept an eye on our table whilst taking orders, bringing food and clearing plates at other tables, bringing more refills before they were finished and offering me another Cider when I still had 2 inches of Inch's in my glass.
Jen's partner and two adorable girls were in the restaurant and Jen introduced us to them as "her friends", which made us feel super special. Thank you Jen.
I hope Jen serves our table on our next visit to Beefeater.

The wait time usually is reasonable unless there are too many offers on and understaffed. Food can be good but sometimes, albeit less often it is very poor.
Big complaint , which I found after the event was that the points, despite giving my reward card in were often missing when I checked my account. I lost a lot of points before I started checking up. Now I do it religiously and generally it has improved. However, it has happened a few times especially when the meals were below par or returned and an alternative ordered.
The system for dealing with dealing with complaints for the points is awful and despite promises from staff nothing was resolved. So back to chasing things again going round in circles. SImply do it right first time and stop referring everyone to FAQ section, after which you have to wait 8 working days for an answer again.
Charged for extra food we never had.
So the 3 of us went this evening to our local beefeater Foxborrow in lowestoft where we had an evening meal.
my son who is fussy asked the server if he could swap out a beefburger for a chicken burger so one of each which the server said if was not a problem. this was until we received the bill. we were charged for a additional burger of £2.99 even though we never received an additional burger and was not told that we would have to pay. instead the server said once we questioned the bill yes its what the system does and can not be undone. even though we never had any extra we were charged. safe to say we wont be going back.
