The whole experience from end to end was lovely. The bed itself is fabulous. The delivery and assembly team were courteous and very efficient. I only wish I had more than one bedroom!!

Absolutely gorgeous furniture from a company I trust
Absolutely gorgeous, high-quality piece of furniture from French Bedroom once again. I’ve purchased from them before and they never disappoint. The craftsmanship and finish are beautiful, and everything feels solid and made to last.
Their customer service is fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their products. It makes such a difference buying from a company that really knows and cares about what they sell. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend French Bedroom and will definitely be returning in the future.

Your review absolutely took our breath away - we were just delighted to hear that your new furniture exceeded your expectations by way of quality and and design. Our pieces are made to be antiques of the future and utterly timeless in their style and aesthetic but what was even more fantastic to hear was the fact that the customer service that you received was so friendly and passionate about our products! We can imagine this really made a difference in your experience purchasing with us!

Considering the price of this furniture I have been beyond displeased.
The bed was expensive, ~£1,700 without a mattress. I've had it for about a month and some of the rattan has come away. As the bed is still "functional" they won't accept fault of the materials, so now the bed I bought for £1,700 for the appearance, no longer looks wonderful. A product that damages so easily is either faulty or extremely overpriced.
Secondly I paid an extra £60 for "white glove" delivery and assembly. The guys who delivered the items were literally just 2 guys in a van. No assembly had been requested and they left before I could even contact French Bedroom. French Bedroom were only able to rearrange assembly the next day (luckily I had another place to sleep that night!) said they would refund the delivery but still have not.
This company is greedy, with overpriced goods, service options and a lack of accountability. Take your money elsewhere!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you remain disappointed. As discussed with our Customer Experience Team at length, the rattan detail you contacted us about related to a single loose strand noted after several weeks of use. As rattan is a natural, hand-finished material, subtle movement can occur with use and environmental changes and does not indicate a fault with the product’s materials, construction or performance.
With regard to delivery and assembly, we acknowledge that a system error meant assembly was not completed on the original delivery date. We proactively arranged assembly to take place the following day as a priority. As a goodwill gesture, the assembly charge was also refunded in full for an apology for the inconvenience you experienced.
Whilst we are saddened to receive this review, we acted promptly and fairly to address the matters raised and remain confident in the quality of our products and service.

We have an industry-leading 45-day returns period, so that our customers have the time and flexibility to make sure the products are right for them, and if not, have the option to return them easily and conveniently through our Royal Mail returns service.
Our delivery and returns fees are subsidised by ourselves so that the full cost is not passed onto our customers. Please get in touch with our Customer Experience Team for any further information regarding our returns policy.
Felt like a very personal service
Felt like a very personal service they went above and beyond my expectations. I had two beds delivered. I also bought some lovely bed linen and as a gift they sent me two French pillowcases plus a discount on my next purchase. 10/10 would not hesitate to purchase from them again! FANTASTIC COMPANY!! I ordered a bed after having received samples of the wood and material. I ordered some bed linen and throw as well. This was a very indulgent purchase for us but worth every penny. The quality of the items is just brilliant and I love the little touches such as a little toile bag for the bed bolts and storage bag for the bed linen. Customer service was very friendly and helpful when I was choosing items.
I was so pleased with everything I’ve used Christmas money to order a second bed linen set. My new favourite company!

Fabulous product
Fabulous product - bed linens is so soft and a gorgeous colour.
Customer service was also excellent. I had an issue with a pillowcase and they sent me a replacement the v next day.

Georgous Bedroom Furniture
My rattan bed and bedside tables are even better than the photos online.
Just goes to show you get what you pay for.
Communication, throughout the process from the company, was excellent and the "white glove" service is a must in my eyes.
Would buy from French Bedroom again and would not hesitste to recommend them either.

I am absolutely thrilled with my beautiful new bed & bedside tables from The French Bedroom Co. The customer service is outstanding from this company as is the quality of the beautiful furniture. Delivery was really swift, and I paid for the white glove service. The couriers were really efficient and polite. I will definitely be going back to this company to add more pieces to my bedroom. I thoroughly recommend them to anybody looking for beautiful furniture that is built to last.
