This company is misleading the public by offering 10 trays for £4.90, but charging £49.00 this is against the law & I am considering reporting them to the asa.

I had emailed about my water dispenser…
I had emailed about my water dispenser being broken, expecting to be given a date for an engineer or technician to be available. instead one turned up within 5 minutes of me raising this issue and was the friendliest person ever! really happy with how amazing he was and how he went out of his way to make me really understand the dispensers we have so that I can avoid minor issues. His name was Pat and he was honestly amazing! Thank you for you customer service :)

The whole service team are very good to…
The whole service team at Freshground Coffee are very good to deal with and kept me informed of the planned visit. The engineer Jamie Farrell was efficient, courteous and professional. He dealt with the job excellently. Very happy with the customer service received.
