Absolutely gorgeous

This company is amazing! Never been in store but have ordered online a couple of times and never had a hiccup! Delivered straight the receipt for an easy birthday gift and usually able to choose the date you want it to be delivered. Oh and the fudge is also very delicious! their marketing is also right on point and funny!

First of all Fudge Kitchen makes DELICIOUS, indulgent, almost cakey vegan fudge, so I ordered a selection gift box for a loved one in advance from their online shop. Sadly, I could not continue with the purchase as circumstances had changed so I contacted Fudge Kitchen and they refunded me with no quibbles at all.

I was very pleasantly surprised how professionally and quickly this refund was arranged. I spoke to a lovely lady over the phone who then confirmed the refund with a follow up email.

Have no fears ordering from this company, I will be buying more vegan fudge in store and online in the future, thank you Fudge Kitchen!

A wonderful experience in Bath, tasting all the delicious fudge. We found it difficult to choose as everything we tasted was amazing, but we picked 3 great flavours to take home. Staff were great and really happy to help.

I'm on my 2nd box of fudge slabs which my daughter buys me for special occasions.
It is truthfully the nicest fudge I've ever tasted. That is echoed by those I've shared it with.
Delicious flavours. It freezes well which means I can ration myself.
And it's VEGAN !

For a school trip, we visited Bath England, and the service was quite amazing. We were welcomed with jokes, and a warm environment by their employee, Natty, and he truly was amazing. He made the experience so fun, and the fudge was… delicious!

Quite simply the Rolls-Royce of fudge! Tastes absolutely delicious, not too sweet or grainy, it’s in a league of its own!

This Fudge shop has been in Windsor for as long as I can remember whilst growing up and has always been fantastic. Now as a 37 year old fully grown man I have discovered their Eton Mess Fudge and it is quite possibly the nicest thing to have ever passed my lips! That said, each and every Fudge they produce on site is absolutely fantastic.
If you don't pop in there if you're ever in Windsor you are missing one of life's puzzle pieces.

I ordered a box for me a while ago, and thought it was fantastic. So I ordered my mum and dad a box for Christmas. They love all 5 of the flavours I picked. Prompt delivery in between strike days, my mum is happy there's storage/how to take care of the fudge instructions too.

We ordered two boxes of fudge slices, one for us as a family to enjoy and one as a Christmas gift.
I tried Fudge Kitchen many years ago and it was the best fudge i’ve ever had. However this was not good at all. The fudge is ‘gloopy’ very ‘sticky’ it stuck to the knife when cutting it, even my husband did not like it so sadly we have ended up binning the five slices. It is not the right consistency of what fudge should be like and certainly not the amazing fudge i had from this store a few years ago.
Incredibly disappointed and now questioning whether i give the second box as a gift or just bin it.

Excellent customer service from the young lady who served us at the fudge kitchen York on Tuesday 13 September , my wife has purchased from this store before and had to visit while in York. Highly delighted with purchase of five piece box and in my opinion good value for nearly two pounds in weight. The fudge is extremely sweet and creamy in the centre, the nicest I have ever tasted, taste before you buy if unsure which flavour but I would recommend the butter scotch for a traditional taste. Was unsure to purchase early in the morning in case it melted on what was a warm day but I was told by the very pleasant young lady who served me they would save it for our return, but we just called back later in the day and there was still plenty left.
I would definitely recommend this shop and you get service with a smile.

My daughter and I visited the Bath store for a "fudge-making experience' today; these are my overall impressions of the store the staff, and the quality of the products;,
1.Staff- these guys are in a league of their own - 'consummate professionals', - knowledgable, passionate about the work they do, and they want you to have the products freshly-made and excellent quality. Every time, whether purchased in-store or on-line
2. The fudge itself - just one word describes it 'delicious'!
3. Customer service - friendly, considerate and definitively a 'customer-based approach' that the Fudge Kitchen UK strive for
4. Quality control - this is adjusted not just daily, but hourly and at each point of the hand-making of the product. If its not 100% on the 1st attempt - it's made again until it is!
Blown away by the competence and complexity that the product needs, with both simple and natural ingredients.
The staff member (working with us today) that determines the local selection and variety of different flavours available, is both a curator and master of his craft, long may he continue

In my opinion the fudge is delicious although a bit softer than I'd expect. However the customer service is abysmal. Unbeknownst to me when I visited the store, they were running a promotion, spend £20 and you get a slab of free fudge. This was only advertised on one sign in the window, but they were paying someone to stand in front of the window waving around a banner advertising the fudge. So no surprise really that I missed the sign. Something brief was said about the promotion in store but I felt confused by what was said due to the way it was explained, and too embarrassed to ask for clarification. So I bought 3 slabs for £15 and left. Only when looking at Facebook at home, did I understand the promotion and that I could've got 6 slabs for £20! I contacted Customer Services, and only after contacting their CEO was I offered an upgrade to the promotion, however as I'd have needed to pay £5.60 for postage my saving would only have been £4.40 instead of £10 which I didn't feel was worth it. To be honest I thought as this was their error I should've been offered complimentary postage to match the in-store deal.
A company that doesn't respond to feedback and show that they value their customers is not one where I want to spend my money, so I shan't return here again.

Bought some fudge for a best friend’s birthday from the York Shop while we were there for a few days. By the time we got it home and to her they had all melted and become a very strange concoction of strawberry & cream, butterscotch, white chocolate and salted caramel. It was so embarrassing and an expensive disaster. We know to keep fudge to keep it at its best and we followed the recommendations to the word as I said it’s not a cheap gift. I will not be returning to any of your stores and will not recommend you to anyone

I’ve just finished a whole slab after being gifted 2. I couldn’t stop going back for more. Seriously, the best fudge I’ve ever eaten!
Then I googled them and found they have an online store.
My waistline is going to be in serious trouble!!

I used to live in a city with a fudge kitchen when I was a student and had purchased Belgian chocolate fudge many times. Fast-forward a few decades and I'm living miles from any city, but happened to come across the online site and bought a selection of fudge slabs. It's just like I remembered, crumbly and sweet and very hard to put back in the box after just one bite. Delicious. Thanks
