Awful

Awful. I had a problem with an order and all you get is a chatbot. My email was ignored. No phone number is listed on their site.
I'm done with them.

Excellent Customer Service

Nicole was excellent to work with on the phone this morning. She patiently handled two separate problems with missing packages and devised two unique and effective solutions. She was polite and attentive. It was a pleasure to work with her.

There was a complete mix up on my end…

There was a complete mix up on my end on a supplement I ordered. I wrote an email to try and return the product and Fullscript said it was not necessary to just dispose properly of it. No hassles, no fuss! Companies just dont operate like this anymore! I highly reccommended using Fullscript as I do for many other products. Keep up the great customer service!

Dishonest Shipping

I paid for priority shipping and the order was not even picked up by the carrier after 4 days. Reaching out to customer support just ended with being told to wait longer. Horrible company and service. Better to just order elsewhere.

Great customer service!

We had a missing item from our package so I messaged through the online chat and spoke with Hailey, who was very prompt, kind and super helpful! Every time we message the customer service, we are met with quick responses and friendly attitudes which we so appreciate!

Great service from Curtis!

Great service from Curtis!! I paid for overnight delivery, the package was delivered way late. Curtis helped with a refund and gave me a credit for my next order to cover shipping! Excellent service!!

I had come to dread signing in to my practitioner account as there was always a password problem that required 15-20 minutes to solve. Jade G got me signed in and more importantly identified and helped me resolve the source of the problem. I really appreciated her help.

Always a good experience

I have been using Emerson and Fullscript for years and they are always super responsive. Recently I talked to Hailey on chat and she resolved my issue in under 10 minutes which is unheard of with most companies.
