Fantastic service. Printed and delivered within 24 hours.
Shortly after submitting the order we realised there was a typo so called to amend. Incredibly helpful team got straight back to us and sent through a new proof and then called again to make sure it was ok to print. Very happy with the finished order of service.

The program was very easy to use to Design the Order of Service.
The Quality of the print and card exceeded my expectations, very professional.
Next Day delivery was perfect using Royal Mail and box clearly indicated contents and reason why delivery time important.
I would definitely recommend

Excellent customer service. They went out of their way to ensure we got our last minute order on time. We were very happy with both the product and service. Thank you!

I used this Company to order a Celebration of life Order of Service. There are a huge number of templates to choose from or your can design your own. I dealt with John Painter who was really helpful and arranged a completed proof to be sent for approval before I confirmed the order. The quality of the card used and the delivery service was 1st class. Thankyou to all the team .

I just want to say a big thank you to this company! This was my first time creating an order of service and it was really easy to and couldn’t be more simple with load of designs to choose from. I ordered at 10am on Monday Morning and they came 11am Tuesday. They look absolutely incredible and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service.

John was so helpful in getting the orders of service just right and out very quickly - communication was brilliant, and importantly the product is just perfect. Great value for money too!

I would like to say thank you to Stephen and the team for going above and beyond to produce our order of service in the short time required and helping us to sort out any problems efficiently and with great communication during this difficult time and I would definitely recommend their services.

The quality of the order of service’s was outstanding

I used them for a Celebration of Life leaflet (Order of service idea). I picked one of the templates & John was incredibly helpful with placing the pictures that I emailed to him as the template wasn't quite how I wanted it. He supplied several proofs promptly and was very supportive and respectful throughout. Delivery was next day and the quality of the card and printing was amazing especially for the cost. I was really, really pleased and would highly recommend. Thank you

I have nothing but praise for this company - helpful, understanding, super quick service and above all done in a way that gave me as a customer the impression of care and respect. 10 out of 10.

Excellent quality final product, and helpful staff when I called with a couple of enquiries. Received next day, as promised.

We used Funeral Order of Service as a very last minute decision to have a keepsake of the service. The website was simple to use and you could personalise the booklet yourself or use one of their templates to help guide you. I had a phone call from John to confirm the published version would have 2 blank pages and to see if I was happy with this - he suggested we could have a collage of photos to complete the book.
To my amazement, the booklets were posted the same day and received the next! Amazing turnaround and beautiful quality booklets. I cannot thank you enough 🤍 highly recommended from product and service ✨

Words simply cannot express how beautiful the Order of Service booklet is for my mum’s celebration of life. I didn’t know what to expect using an online business, but I am more than delighted that I chose to use FuneralOrderOfService.co.uk. I contacted John with a query and he replied very promptly and reassured me about the process of printing.
When I opened the box, I simply burst into tears. The colour, the quality, the design, the print are just outstanding. Our friends and family will certainly have a wonderful memory to treasure with this superb order of service. Thank you

Amazing product, very happy with the photo thank you

In the last 3 years, FuneralOrderOfService have provided the Order of Service booklets for the funerals of both of my wife's parents and now for both of my own parents ... on each of those 4 occasions, they have been highly professional and very easy to deal with.

The booklets that they have provided are high quality and have all been highly praised by our family & friends.

Organising a loved-one's funeral is a tough and onerous task but, for me, this Company have made their part of the process as stress-free as possible.

I have no hesitation in recommending them to others because they are diligent, professional & attentive from start to finish ... and, for that, I congratulate them for their high level service and top quality products ... "well done" and sincere thanks.
