Excellent service, helpful with designing and checking the booklets were put together as needed. Sorted issues very promptly due to my error. Design website easy to use and produced high quality designs

Every part of our experience was exceptional. The order of service was easy to design using the intuitive website, with a wonderful selection of options to choose from. The print quality and card stock were excellent, and delivery was impressively quick.

What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding customer service we received from John. His kindness, empathy and genuine compassion went above and beyond our expectations. He demonstrated a level of integrity, thoughtfulness and humanity that is truly special and, sadly, all too rare.

We are incredibly grateful for the care and understanding shown to us during such a difficult time. Thank you, John, for making an already difficult experience that little bit easier.

We couldn’t recommend this company highly enough.

Great service! Delivered next day, absolutely amazing. I’m so pleased with the order of service, they look very professional and saved a small fortune. Would definitely recommend this company,

Really easy to create what we needed, and received very quickly which was massively appreciated. I’d hope we don’t need to do this again any time soon however we will definitely use this company again when the time arises.

Was so easy to design had used something I designed myself added picture excellent quality we are so pleased with our 4 page order of service quick delivery next day fabulous service thankyou

Great service, second to none, order was delivered within 3 working days and they corrected a spelling error as well so they don’t just send to print they check everything over first, this was very much appreciated. The cards themselves are beautiful, in full colour and the pictures are crystal clear. A member of the team called to verify my postcode and was so pleasant and polite. Highly recommend funeralorderofservice.co.uk and would definitely use this company again they made a difficult situation very comforting to get through

From start to finish this proved to be an easy experience at a difficult and busy time. We did originally wonder how the Oder of Service would turn out but once received we were very pleased and satisfied with the result. In addition the stationary was received within 1 working day of order. Would thoroughly recommend.

The Order of Service was printed perfectly and was delivered the next day - even on a Saturday. Great Service all round. Thanks team!

they have a great choice of Order of Service templates, with the ability to adapt the wording as you see fit. We are so pleased with the end result

I am not very tech savvy so I found the website very easy to use. The delivery of the bookmarks was very quick. I am extremely happy with how the bookmarks turned out and it will be a fitting tribute to our Mum. Thankyou for your assistance.

Delighted with the service received from this company. Very quick to respond and produce the Orders of Service. Would definitely recommend and would use them again when the need arises.

Little did I know I kept putting this job off ,ordering the very important order of service for my husband. I was heartbroken and was not doing a good job, then emailed an SOS as time was running out. I was immediately contacted by Sophie who very kindly took everything out my hands and offered patience and a service which I feel was above and beyond. I was treated with care and felt I was in the best hands, NOTHING was an issue. What arrived(exactly when told and superbly packaged) was the most beautiful and excellent quality order of service, even better than I imagined and that was down to Sophie. There is no need to go anywhere else, this company, product and employees are 1st class in every way .

Fantastic service. Very helpful and go out their way to assist with anything you need. Used this else service twice now and fantastic both times. Providing memorable quality products.

Such a great company. Nothing was too much trouble, they were really helpful and considerate throughout the whole process of arranging mum's order of service and despite the relatively short notice, everything was done and delivered in plenty of time. Absolutely recommend them and can't thank Sophie enough for her care and thoughtfulness.

A truly amazing service, an easy to use website with a huge variety of designs, affordable and amazing customer service who help you with the design if needed! Arrived the next day after ordering and great high quality

I was so nervous about ordering an Order of Service online but I am so happy with the results. Sophie in particular was so helpful and quick at responding. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. It saved us so much money by using them and not the funeral home directly (not that it’s about the money at a time like this but funerals are expensive in general so it does help to have options) and we got to really make them personal.

A great company who go out of their way to help you to create an order of service at what can be a difficult time.
Special thanks to Gilly and Sophie who helped me out to create exactly what we wanted.
The delivery is very efficient arriving first thing the day after order.
Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Fantastic service, easily contactable, when realising a spelling error after placing a next day delivery order. There was no problem, they sorted it, and they did an excellent job!!! Highly recommend.

Outstanding service and superb quality, Gilly was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Next day express delivery as standard, would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Used this company for my mother's order of service and they were excellent. The website for creating the design was slightly confusing in places, but the after service was superb, and Gilly was helpful and professional. The quality of the orders of service themselves is excellent. We are delighted. We would highly recommend this company.
