Lady I spoke to was very kind but also very professional. I was also impressed that aura do everything, therefore saving my family less upset than they need to have.

The initial enquiry was dealt with a pleasant helpful manner. All options were explained and did not feel under any pressure. Quick and efficient. Incorrect documents initially sent but soon replaced after a very apologetic telephone conversation.
Would definitely recommend and feel a relief at what can be a difficult time is going to be arranged by a caring compassionate company.

I was very happy with Roddy the gentleman that answered all my questions regarding buying a pre paid funeral plan for myself, he was very courteous and wasn't pushy like some other funeral companies, I would definitely recommend Aura.

I was a little worried about planning my funeral. So many companies all around the same price. I wanted one that would listen to my wishes not ship me off miles away making it impossible for family and whoever wanted to see me off able to attend. I also wanted a family run business not a big company, who may not care as much. Reading all the brochures I rang Aura and after chatting to the lovely young man, I was reassured that I could be cremated locally and at a reasonable time of day. There are so many things to think about and different plans have different restrictions so it’s important to get it right. Jimmy had not rushed me, listened to me and answered all my questions. Then let me think about it until I was ready. No pressure no rush no hard calling. I thought long and hard until I had all the information I needed. I spoke to my children and they all agreed that they would be the best. So I went with them paid for my funeral and got all the paperwork in a folder so it could be safely put away with my will. It is such a load off my mind, knowing that there will be no arguments about costs or etc. Even after buying my plan I had another thought so I rang Aura to ask if my children needed guidance with what to do as they will never had to organise a funeral before would they get help. Jimmy said that they have Angels who would be there for them and help them to arrange prayers or music etc. I was also told that if any time I had a worry or question that I must give them a call and they will be happy to help.
I would highly recommend you give Aura a call and judge for yourself.

I have finally purchased my funeral plan with Aura and it’s a great weight off my mind. The plan I have purchased is exactly what I wanted.
I have looked at other companies for quotes, but as they always say you will be contacted by phone, I have rejected them immediately.
Aura have stated that I won’t be contacted unless requested and they have done exactly that.
A lovely lady did contact me when I requested and took my order, a lovely company with a perfect package for me, no mither and no constant phone calls trying to make a sale.
