This is the 3rd time I have used funeralOrderofService & each time I have received outstanding service.
At a time when you really just want things to run smoothly the customer service has been amazing. The team contacted me to suggest improvements & carried these out for me. The templates are easy to use & the quality of the product on all occasions have been of the highest standard.
They kept me updated on the progress of my order & it arrived exactly when they said it would.
Would highly recommend

Claire and her team were very helpful in dealing with my order, at a very difficult time for our family, my needs were understood and actioned in a very efficient and friendly manner. Well done to your team and keep doing what you do so very very well. The day went very well and everyone commented on a lovely order of service. Many many thanks from the Jewell family.

Speedy and efficient. Received oder of service the next day. Excellent customer service. Very helpful. This was the second time I had used this company. Quality excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Really pleased with the final results! Very supportive company who responded to all of my questions throughout the process.

Cannot thank and praise this company enough. They made ‘one more job’ so much easier at a tough time. Contacted, emails exchanged, corrections, printed AND delivered within 24 hours. Don’t know how you do it but you are amazing. Thank you. 🙏

Brilliant service!
Provided them with my requests photos poems and songs and they put it all together for me, sent me the draft to agree and posted next day. I dealt with Anna and thanks again

The standard of printing far exceeded my expectation, and the contact with the company by email was prompt and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered book marks during Xmas and new yr for my mums funeral. Service and communication and product second to none. I would definitely recommend this company for your funeral needs.

Amazing company been supportive all the way though my granny program is amazing 👏🏾 and the A1 posters as well fast delivery great packaging price are very affordable Thank you again .

This company delivers a an efficient and personal service. Such a lovely experience dealing with them. Anna was as great. Thanks so much.

First of all, their website / design tool is excellent (albeit takes a little bit of getting to know how best to set things up - the video tutorial is extremely helpful - oh, and don't refuse cookies otherwise you cant retrieve your saved document). I submitted my order in the morning on 18th November 2024 & by just after 3pm that afternoon I'd had a confirmation from them (Anna) to say it was ready for printing & that they'd worked to enhance a few of the photographs used & centred some slightly misaligned text - to me that shows a real attention to detail in helping to prepare an emotionally difficult document. Delivery was made as stipulated & I noted that there was even a sticker on the side of the box to inform the delivery company that it included time-critical documents & who to contact in the event of any delays.
Definitely would use them again.

Everything about this company was excellent. There is a huge choice of designs. I'm not very confident using IT but the website was really easy to use. The orders of service arrived quickly and were really high quality. I contacted customer service after placing my order (as I suddenly had an influx of people saying they were coming to the funeral and I was worried I wouldn't have enough copies). They responded quickly and were very helpful, increasing the number and putting my mind at rest. Added to this, the overall cost was a fraction of what my partner had paid for orders of service with a local printer for his dad's funeral!

What an amazing service, definitely 5*. Once I'd designed it they checked it over and let me know the 1 picture wasn't good enough quality. I sent a different picture and they enhanced both my pictures and also corrected a couple of mistakes. They arrived today and they're perfect. Thank you.

Best customer service I’ve had for a very long time , easy to use platform and templates, which were then proof read and altered where needed,
Kept fully up to date with process and delivery. And when I required more they were only too happy to help. Amazing end product for my dad’s funeral I was so pleased . Thankyou

Fabulous service from start to finish. I ordered memorial cards and order of service books, the quality was excellent. I was very impressed with the speedy delivery. I would definitely use the company again if needed.
