Brilliant service from start to finish , we designed our own order of service on the online option and submitted it late Wednesday evening . We were contacted by the staff on Thursday morning to say they had made a couple of minor changes to the opacity and size of the print to enhance the order of service and asked us to verify the changes ,which we did. Once they had received our confirmation the order was sent to the printers and I received the package on Friday morning clearly labelled as time critical.Thank you so much for such wonderful service 👍

The process of completing these order of services at a sad time was made so much easier with the professional and experienced team. There communication was fantastic and the finished product is excellent, arrived quick and was packaged safely to save damage.
I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for the other services they provide. Thankyou

Great templates and options for designing yourself. Easy to use, great service, excellent quality, and very fast delivery.

Tim and Ethan have both been incredibly responsive. Producing excellent work and fast turnaround time. I would have no hesitation recommending you. This is (unfortunately) the second time I have used your service, and still as fast and excellent as before.

Very happy. The quality of the prints was excellent, as was the fast delivery service and updates.
I attempted to design my own non-standard booklet and didn't find it particularly intuitive but got immediate help from Tim on a Saturday afternoon!
In the nicest way, I hope I won't be using this company any time soon but if I did, I'd stick to a standard layout or pay for the design service.

Tim and Ethan were very helpful and made the process so easy.
Any adjustments to the order of service were actioned quickly. We received the orders of service promptly with no delay.
Thank you for doing such an amazing job.
The quality was also top notch.

Tim went above & beyond for me when doing our Order of Service..double checked before going to print & delivered in 3/4 days. Will be using for our memorial cards in the coming weeks.
Would highly recommend

Absolutely outstanding customer experience. Communication was outstanding nothing to much for the supplier. Come back to you straight away.
Order of service outstanding. Quality 100%. Everything and more we could have wished for. My mum will be looking down saying you done well.

From the very 1st enquiry Tim has been instrumental in his contact/ communication + helpfulness. We are truly grateful for his advice, guidance + help.
We would give 10 stars if we could!!!
At such a difficult time, with soooo much going on Tim has helped tremendously.
We received the Funeral Order of Service yesterday + we were overwhelmed with the quality of them + speedy delivery.
We would certainly recommend this company to anyone. Well done Tim- you should be proud of yourself Thankyou very much.

I have used this Company twice now and, on both occasions, I have found Tim to be patient, sympathetic, flexible and highly professional to deal with. He was genuinely interested in getting everything exactly as I wanted and delivers a high quality product ... I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him and the Team at FuneralOrderOfService.co.uk

A great choice of deigns and options for additional photos was lovely. Speaking to a human being when I had a query was so nice to be able to do. A very fast efficient delivery service as arrived the day after I placed the order. The quality is really good and the price so reasonable .Thank you.

Tim assisted me in making an order of service and a memory card that was personal showing my late husband's love of steam trains. He had patience with me and ensured that delivery was made in time, even when we had a short time to get it sorted. Thank you Tim.

Amazing service. Just sent the words & photos having chosen the design & Tim did the rest. Highly recommend this service at such an stressful & emotional time. Many thanks

The best experience of any web site that I've ever been on. Everything about this company is 5 star. Ease of design, chat box to help, quality of product, pricing, speed of delivery. I cannot speak more highly. A great company and great service. Thank you so much Tim.

There was a wide range of designs to choose from. The website was easy to use. Delivery was prompt and the booklets were high quality. They even came with a free book of remembrance, which was a nice surprise.

Funeral Order of Service is an excellent company and it was so quick and easy to be able to have these documents designed and printed and sent to my home within 24 hours. Tim Thompson is such a professional and so helpful. He made this process so efficient and easy for me when I had originally been a little concerned to get it right. Would recommend this website 100%.

I would be extremely surprised if you could find a better company to deal with.
The service is second to none. Very good quality products and excellent value for money.
They go the extra mile as it were, even their website has lots of useful information to help you through such an awful time.

Absolutely exceptional service, made a difficult job easy and a beautifully made tribute. The complimentary book of remembrance made us cry! Thank you thank you thank you!

The order of service was beautiful and was not too complicated to produce.
I got help from Tim who was flexible and understood the changes that was required.
Very helpful and kind people for an excellent result delivered on time

What an excellent company! Had a few queries which were answered quickly and efficiently and Tim also sorted the image problem I was having. So glad I chose this company... the Order of Service booklets and the memory boards arrived quickly and I'm so very pleased with them. Along with the order came a gift.. a Book of Remembrance which was personalised too, so lovely. Thank you so much!
