Great experienced, love my shoe stand

It took exactly 2 weeks for my wardrobe to be delivered. The packaging of the item was good. The design is nice and looks good from afar, but the wood/boards are of poor quality. Surfaces have marks and chips and are not even. The instructions are not clear; they lack accurate descriptions for pieces. Most of the holes were not drilled, and buying a drill was not something on my list. I had a broken rail, and I emailed Furniture Factor over a week ago and got no response. I hope the wardrobe will last a bit longer.

I loved my piece of furniture but arrived with slight damage. Muddasir from their customer service team has been extremely helpful and has kept me updated via e mail correspondence. I cannot fault his service and the company. I would highly recommend to buy from them.

Having ordered a wardrobe it was delivered swiftly but unfortunately damaged. Muddasir at Furniture Factor sorted out a replacement and arranged for the damaged one to be collected. Thank you so much from one happy customer

I recently ordered a utility cupboard which sadly was damaged in transit. However Muddasir of Furniture Factor went above and beyond to replace all items damaged. A really good experience with this company.

I really wanted a very specific type of compact desk that would double as a sideboard for my living room & FurnitureFactor were the only 1s who did such a thing. It was easy to order, good price, and came quickly. 1 of the pieces was damaged on arrival but the replacement piece was easy to sort & again arrived easily. Been using the desk fro 6months now and still love it.

I baught the Carla oak effect unit, when it arrived one corner was damaged. I emailed customer services who said they would send another top for the unit. When it arrived it Wes the wrong part, so I emailed again and they sent out another part. This was the correct part.
The responses from customer services was swift and friendly. The issue was resolved and the team at furniture factor were excellent. Very happy with the product and customer services. 😁

Good communication and fast reply and super quick delivery

The website is easy to navigate. The shoe cabinet is what it looks like just a bit small than i expected. but does its job.

All delivered in time, I even had a call on the day to give me a delivery window if 20 minutes. There was a bit of an issue with assembly, only some parts were labelled. If my builder hadn't been here to put it up it would have taken me days. It took him 5 hours from opening the boxes! But the furniture is stunning so I can't complain about the quality.
