Furniture Factor Opiniões

Received the package extremely well packed and protected. The shoe rack cupboard and drawers took me a long time to assemble as I was very careful and the diagram detail is rather small.
Finished product looks really good.
Would help if the individual pieces had small identification stickers.

I have never received it and now will have to spend unnecessary time chasing my refund.

Nice design and stable which is very helpful but low quality surfaces with marks and uneven. Instructions are worst I’ve seen, all crammed on few pages and lacking accurate descriptions for pieces.

Great service and communication

This is a good product and good instructions on how to assemble. I would however suggest providing the screws ect in separate bags as bit of a faff

Worth money to buy.

The best product 👌

Very fast service. Great value for money. Item was well packed and well made

Staff were very helpful and managed to sort out my order quickly and efficiently.

Missed delivery, no one responding to emails, not answering calls and have not returned my money or answered whether they can re-deliver.

Good communication throughout, item delivered in good time and in great condition. Very happy

Good quality item with fast dispatch and fast delivery well worth the money A++

Delivery drivers bought all boxes in to where I asked them too

The product arrived on time, very well packaged and in good condition. The driver was very polite and efficient delivering the heavy boxes to the door. Assembly instructions were relatively easy to follow, without any snags, but as a tip make sure to study the instructions carefully and check every item before you start. The only minor criticism would be that it would be helpful if all the smaller fixings were separately packed and coded, would save a lot of time in determining which is which for very similar screws. The wardrobe is excellent quality and well made and we are very pleased we decided on Furniture Factors. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

家俱很快就收到了。从下单到收货只有三天。很方便。

The overbed unit isnt as you would expect. Door panels look as if they are ribbed wood panels rather than a cheap looking MDF with a stripe print on it. Pictures are deceptive. Not what I expected for a £800-900 unit.

Everything fitted gopd.gloss finish good.

Excellent service, great quality furniture 🙂

Good price, speedy delivery and a good quality item. Brilliant all round and would buy from again.

Ordered from eBay, which I was a bit worried about. But the sideboard turned up within a few days, well packaged. I didn't assemble it until a few weeks later due to building work and found a chip in one of the doors. Without much hope, I emailed the seller and they were so helpful and sent out a new door immediately. Will use this company again.
