Great communication, arranged a delivery time suitable for me and delivered straight to my desired room.

Although it took a bit longer to deliver I still got my order on day five, delivered by a lovely helpful young man called Eoghan. The tracking app didn't work for me but the company was easily contacted by phone and the girls were so helpful. I'm delighted with the service and product 😀 thank you @furniturenextday.com

Brilliant service very promt no messing around excellent

I purchased a chest of drawers from Furniture Next Day and the quality was extremely poor. Within six months of purchase the drawers were no longer functioning properly and the unit was already starting to fall apart, so I contacted the company to raise the issue.

Despite reporting the problem early, the company refused to take responsibility or provide a solution.

The situation only got worse and by March 2026 – around 9 months after purchase – the entire chest of drawers collapsed and had to be dumped because it was no longer usable.

A piece of furniture like this should last years, not months. The product was clearly not fit for purpose.

I attempted to pursue the matter through the Irish small claims process, but because the company is based in Northern Ireland the case could not proceed there. Despite this, the company still refused to engage or resolve the complaint.

The most disappointing part of this experience has been the lack of accountability and customer support. When a product fails this quickly, a responsible retailer should stand behind what they sell.

I would still welcome the opportunity for the company to resolve this matter properly and stand behind the products they sell.

Bought off these guys twice in the last two months. Communication was top class both items delivered within a week so they must have stock on site. Delivery was seamless and called ahead. Rarely write reviews but I thought these guys deserved it
