Ordered the 3+2 jersey suite on Monday night and recieved it 2 days later. When I said it wasn’t going to arrive soon enough for my needs they went above and beyond to accommodate me and they were all so polite and easy to deal with. Will definitely be ordering from here again

Furniture could be of a higher standard. But all in all not bad for the price. Customer care could be a bit better. Both chairs were missing the caps. I phoned and they were to be replaced. To date haven’t seen them.

The bed I order is of really good quality, looks lovely and it is solid. The service was great but the delivery took more than 1 day and wasn't communicated in any form until I rang them to find out when the bed will be delivered. Other than that, a very happy customer!

Wall Bed disaster
We ordered a wall bed with 4 weeks lead time and were guaranteed that it would arrive on a specific week. It was delayed a week and then we got a call to say our bed had not arrived, on the day it was due to be delivered. Very frustrating. Spent a lot of time calling to get information and chasing details. A total waste of my time.
The deposit payment was through revolut and they wanted cash on delivery. All felt quite unsafe and ultimately we cancelled the order (being let down massively as we had visitors coming and needed the bed by certain date.)
Would not use again and would not recommend to a friend.
