The sofa was good value and quality.

The sofa was good value and quality.
The customer service experience was not very transparent as they were impossible to reach on phone and the product arrived after 3 days with only 2 hours notice.

Amazing Company

Everything from start to finish was amazing. The lady I was dealing with was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Also the man who delivered the couches was so helpful and so mannerly and respectful.

I bought a JayBe folding bed

I bought a JayBe folding bed. Havent used yet so cant review it. But the buying experience was excellent. I had difficulty taking the bed for a while but Arlene kept in touch every week, she was very patient. Delivery was seamless, with a very kind delivery man. Great experience from start to finish.

Name of company is misleading as my…

Name of company is misleading as my furniture wasn’t delivered next day due to being a bulky item but delivery was excellent driver was extremely nice, lady on the phone was super helpful. So overall good experience. I would do definitely order from company again .
