Althorpe Armchairs
I found Furniture Online to be really efficient and straightforward to order from. My 2 armchairs were with me within 10 days. It took me a little time to put them together as I was on my own, they were quite heavy. But I managed it and they look amazing in my living room. I had problem with one of the chairs, a small screw was sticking out on the recliner part and dug in my leg. I reported this and within the day a new one was ordered. The faulty one was taken away by the delivery drivers who brought the replacement chair. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service provided. I would definitely order from Furniture Online again.

I ordered this for my elderly mum gave them the address to which they went to the wrong flat/address both flats have totally different name’s. And if it wasn’t for my mum going down the lift and waiting outside the delivery wouldn’t have happened. And on top of that unfortunately the language barrier was a problem

Delivery disappointment
Unfortunately I have no idea what the product is like, as the delivery didn’t arrive.. waited about all day after changing my plans, then 45 mins before the delivery promised end time, it got cancelled…😡😡

Great chairs at an excellent price
Ordering was easy .the chairs I ordered arrived just 4 days after I placed the order.i was kept in the loop right up to delivery and they rang on the day to give me a time slot. When the were delivered the guys brought them in ,unpacked and put them together and tested them to make sure they work. I did pay extra for this service but it was worth it as they put them up a lot quicker than i could have.As for the chairs themselves they are really well made beautifully soft fabric and so comfy I could sleep on them .excellent value

A quality product backed up by splendid customer service
I ordered a Broadway Cinema Recliner on Sunday and it was delivered, free of charge, on Thursday.
It was delivered with care by two very friendly and helpful guys.
It was so easy to assemble and was up and running in 15 minutes. It is lovely.
Unfortunately, after a few moments it lost all power.
I rang FurnitureOnline and spoke with James. He suggested a number of fixes including arranging for a technician visit to effect a repair.
Whilst chatting, James mentioned that the electrical transformer should show a green light.
A quick check revealed that the transformer was indeed not working.
James immediately ordered a replacement.
I must say that James has the perfect balance of professionalism and knowledge while remaining friendly and empathetic.
It was a pleasure to deal with him

The lads who delivered the recliner chair were friendly and put the chair together in no time cleaned up after themselves and the chair is magnificent thanks,oh I noticed in the comments that the delivery guys didn't appreciate the tip, well they did mine.
