I recently ordered a two seater sofa…
I recently ordered a two seater sofa bed when it arrived I could see it must be in a flat pack form , I was not aware of this and the sales advert doesn’t say you will need to assemble this sofa? and to handle it two people are required, however every when assembled it is of good and strong and good quality, but disappointed I was not made aware prior to buying , the delivery guys were helpful putting it into the room required

Bought 2 dining room chairs for this…
Bought 2 dining room chairs for this company last November (2024). One chair now has a rip in it and is obviously made from poor, cheap material. I got in touch with them and they wouldn't do anything about it saying that it was out of its years warranty. Very disappointed as they were not cheap chairs.
Edit: the chairs were bought in 2014

Nice slimline dual motor reclining chair perfect for smaller spaces and smaller adults.
Very well described and my elderly mother loves it. Its the perfect size for her small flat and her too.
Only 4 stars not 5 as it didn't arrive in 3-5 days as advertised, but came on the 7th.
Would have no hesitation in ordering from the supplier again.

Had a need to change a delivery date…
Had a need to change a delivery date for an order I had placed. As the order was placed through B&Q they emailed the supplier (Furniture Online) copying me in so I could see the reply back. This was done quickly by James who assured me that the final delivery date would be agreed nearer the time.

What a fantastic chair
What a fantastic chair, so comfortable, the heat and massage are bonus options. The whole buying experience was so simple, I even got money off being VAT exempt, it was delivered quickly free of charge and easily fits together being only in 2 pieces. You might need 2 people to adjust the fit but can be done by one. On the whole I love my new chair and dont know how I managed without it.
