Received the wrong design twice before eventually getting it right for the 3rd delivery. The first design had a watermark on it, the second was a design I originally did not approve. The eventual correct order was decent however. Just soured by the experience.

Brought artist photo of my sisters two dogs, very pleased with the photo, took a little longer than I expected to arrive after approval of proof. Would definitely use again

Excellent. I bought a poster to be framed, of my sisters dog sat on the toilet; for her downstairs loo!! She absolutely loves it and said it’s the best present.

Relatively simple to order, I had to double check what I was doing but got there in the end. The preview came through quickly, considering it was over the Christmas period. I asked for a couple of minor changes which were done within a couple of days, again 'Christmas'. I ordered the jpeg version with the intention of printing and framing myself. Overall excellent service, great price and I will be ordering again.

Excellent service. They were quick to respond, from sending in the initial photo, sending a preview of the portrait and the picture being delivered. The quality is good, and we are very pleased with the final product.

Furr & Family product and service level were fantastic. I'm only deducting a star because the courier delivered the parcel to the wrong address and it took 3 stressful days to sort it out.

Prompt service, and what a great product

The digital picture I received was great. It did take a nudge from me as the proof had not arrived in the time stated. Then the wrong portrait theme was sent and had to be redone. However, my messages were replied to fairly quickly and everything was resolved in the end. The actual product was fab!

Super fast service, and it was great to get a test image to check it looked ok first. It was the best present I gave this Christmas, everyone was thrilled with it.

I left it to literally the last minute but they still managed to make a amazing portrait and it was delivered in time for Christmas. My family member was absolutely delighted with it. Thank you for you excellent communication and prompt delivery.
