Vélo Bezior XF200 acheté en mai 2022 chez futuraride. J'étais très content de cet achat. Mais début sep 2024, le cadre casse après 27 mois et 3000 km. Oui on est bien hors garantie mais je contacte quand même futuraride car c'est vraiment un défaut de fabrication : personne ne répond par mail et le téléphone n'est pas joignable. Je suis furieux car 1. c'est vraiment de la cochonnerie pour casser si vite (je ne fais que 80 kg) et 2. ce qui est lamentable c'est qu'il n'y a plus d'assistance client ...

Schlechte Fahrräder / schlechter Service
Das Fiido-Fahrrad ist seit Monaten defekt und zeigt immer wieder verschiedenste Fehlermeldungen an.
Der Kundenservice ist grottenschlecht und man hat das Gefühl, dass nur Zeit geschunden werden soll, wenn sich der Kundenservice überhaupt meldet.
Der einzige Reparaturservice in Deutschland befindet sich in Rosenheim in Bayern und ist knapp 1000 Kilometer von uns entfernt. Dieser Service funktioniert gelinde gesagt überhaupt nicht. Das eingeschickte Fahrrad kam defekt, verkratzt, verstaubt und mit fehlendem Ständer zurück!
Fakt ist, dass unser Fahrrad nach wie vor kaputt und nicht repariert ist und kein Ende in Sicht ist.
Absolut nicht empfehlenswert, weder Futuraride noch Fiido!!!!!

Finger weg von dieser Firma. Mein Fiido D11 ist seit nun 7 Monaten defekt. Wurde vorher 3 mal genutzt. Der After Sales Service ist eine Katastrophe. Futuraride antwortet leider zudem nicht mehr auf meine Mails. Werde mir jetzt ein Bike bei einem Händler vor Ort kaufen. Hier zeigt sich leider wieder, wer billig kauft, zahlt doppelt.

acheter 4 velo fiido d4s le 21 janvier le 5 février on me préviens qu'il n'y a plus de velo en stock donc je vais être rembourser j ai du attendre jusqu'au 6 mars pour être rembourser en les relançant tout les 3 ou 4 jours et comme le cours de change de la monnaie a changer a la date du remboursement je me retrouve avec 76 euro de ma poche alors que je n ai rien recu payer 3005 euro rembourser 2929 euro si y font sa a chaque fois la rentabilité dois être bonne

i ordered the Engwe EP Pro 2 electric bike on the 21st December and received it on the 28th. Assembled it later that day only to find that the charger supplied did not fit into the port. i swiftly sent an email to the customer services team who required video proof. the bike serial number and my order number - resolution: they agreed to send me a new charger once a bike engineer has had a look at the evidence i provided. i specifically queried whether the 7 days return policy or 18 month warranty will not be activated until i get the correct fitting charger as the bike is currently unfit for purpose, yet this question continually gets ignored by the customer service team responders. Not a great start as i was eagerly waiting to use my new mode of transport for work, however if they (Futraide) quickly remedy this issues then ill gladly go higher with the rating.

Compré a esta empresa "FUTURA RIDE " un bicicleta ENGWE E2-PRO..La Compré en Junio 2022.A día de de hoy todavía estoy esperando me solucionen un problema que surgió y después de seis meses" todavia no me han solucionado y por lo cual no puedo usar la bici'..Para vender parecen ser buenos "como cualquiera","pero como tengas un problema a ellos no les importa"..Solo saben vender"..Servicio post venta" un desastre" y ninguna solución ya que nó son servicio técnico y no disponende piezas de recambio ya que no disponen de servicio tecnico.. I ordered a bike 20 days ago. In the begining they claimed in the website that the had stock so in terms of 3-5 days for processing and 2-5 for shipping. Well, at the begining after 10 days I asked for the bike bc in the website the status was "In progress". So I contacted with the service. No answer so far about the bike, so after keep trying they said that an issue with my address occured so I had to tell a second one (An error with an address from Google, pretty weird). They told me that the bike would be sent 2 days after that. Few days later still "In progress" order, so I was again trying to get some news. This time they said that a problem with the magazem occured and the arrangement of the bike would take longer. I cancelled order, they tried to convince me of avoiding going through PayPal dispute but luckily I did not. After more than 20 days I got back my money and I will never go back to them. Hope this will help some of you bc in my case I was checking only this website and everything looked weirdly normal but when the situation occured I checked Facebook and different websites and this is a very normal behaviour when dealing with DropShippers from China. Please consider this before!

My recent Ebike purchase from Futuraride
I recently purchased an ebike from Futuraride. They stocked the bike I wanted at a very good price. I placed an order for the bike and a set of mudguards. Then Futuraride kindly got in touch with me to inform me the bike actually came with mudguards. They were happy to change my order and refund mudguards. The bike was delivered in good time and I am very happy with my purchase.

Très satisfait de ce modèle Bézior XF…
Très satisfait de ce modèle Bézior XF 200. Très facile d'utilisation, très maniable, puissance intéressante ainsi que son autonomie. Je fais régulièrement 30km aller/retour en utilisant astucieusement l'assistance électrique et il me reste 4 barrettes sur 5.

I ordered one electric bike on Friday with hope that in next week will be delivered. This it happen! Thursday morning I received the parcel. Very fast.
The electric folding bike it's beautiful and nice to ride. Very easy to assemble.

After a lot of research and reading of excellent reviews, I decided on the Fiido D4S. Bike ordered and arrived within 3 days, mudguards included. Took me about an hour to unbox and make the bike ready. Now able to ride with ease wherever life takes me. Comfortable, affordable, robust and stylish with an excellent battery life. Probably the best Electric Bike in the World 🌎
