Bad customer service

Great bike. Terrible customer service. Delivery delays saying that your address doesn't exist? Don't expect to get the customs fees back (UK) £42 even though they promise that when you send photographic evidence they will refund you. They send a link to an Indian credit card company to contact?

This is Kyla and I handle customer service. I am very keen in ensuring that all import taxes are being refunded timely. Refund through Paypal reflect real-time but refunds to credit cards sometimes require you to contact your bank incase it does not reflect on time.

even if I doubted a bit that the bike will be delivered !!
but in the end everything is fine

I was disappointed all the time
that I had to pay the customs tax!
but at the urging of some (futuraride)
who advised me to suffer and then have a refund
I took the bike
and in just a few days I was reimbursed,
I recommend this site
and now that I know them!
I would continue to buy new accessories!

(I was also awarded) those from futuraride meow promised a gift
for all misunderstandings

Fido M1 Pro

After doing a bit of research i chose a Fido M1 pro. And Im glad I did . Excellent value for money and does exactly what it needs to . The transaction itself was a bit tricky and I was unable to pay by PayPal and after 2 days of webchat I gave up . That being said when I paid by Debit Card the transaction went smoothly.The bike itself arrived quickly and was well packaged . Assembling it was straightforward and didnt take too long. Ive had no trouble at all with it so far and would definitely recommend the product . Really pleased with it and the service received.

Great customer service had to pay £114 tax on delivery but they have promised to refund
Bike is great I use mainly on throttle due to needing hips replacement very sturdy and I get 28 miles with it before needing charging but I am 20 stone so I think this is very good I had the bright orange colour and it looks great a real head turner the delivery was prompt and the build was very easy needed two people as I struggled to hold and place bolts due to my balance issue all in all a very well priced bike with exerlant build

Just had an order rejected and a refund coming through without one contact or so much as a word of explanation. Absolutely infuriating and hopelessly bad.

Fabulous bike and great price

Had a few problems re the delivery (it should have arrived Wednesday but didn't get here until Friday) but other than that I'm happy with the service and the Engwe Pro is exactly as described. Not been 'out, out' on it as yet but on a quick round the block I was impressed. Its got some proper pull, the seat looks like its going to be comfy, good suspension, looks like a beast.
My only negative comment so far are that it weighs a LOT and that it's hard to handle when in its folded position. It falls all over the show, but I'm not used to it yet, this will likely get easier with time. Yes, so great product, great price and great company. Can't wait to get out on it now!

Fantastic service, delivery price and E-bike!

Wow, I love my new Engwe EP-2 Pro from Futuraride! The service from the company when making initial enquiries was superb, being fast and polite, the price of the bike couldn't be beaten, delivery exceeded my expectation, especially as the week it took included the Jubilee Bank Holiday, and I'm delighted with the bike. It was incredibly well packaged and delivered almost complete with clear instructions how to complete the build. It took about 30 minutes to do so, including a quick run round to ensure everything was nice and tight but no adjustment was necessary. The bike itself performs precisely as advertised/expected and is a delight to ride. Thank you Futuraride, I'm absolutely delighted!

If you havent ridden one before dont…

If you havent ridden one before dont purchase. I ordered 2. First one came yesterday spouse loves it. I had a try am female 5ft 4. Crikey is this bike heavy cumbersome the handle bars would not lower enough my legs kept catching frame the bike pings open when folded so needs a strap the key is in a stupid place under the frame. Now this is my gripe theres no customer service no telephone number. Went on chat waited forty mins no one there. I wanted to stop bike number 2 from being delivered it said still in warehouse. I tried online form i tried email..Now, its Hong kong...then they email says Poland but they have warehouse in London. They said they wont give me refund of full amount even if i refuse bike when UPS deliver and it goes straight back to London one email says deduction of 15 per cent one email states 20 per cent. Bike due to be delivered tomorrow I wont accept it have to wait for refund then take them to court for the rest £189 ridiculous, ok says on terms conditions but under UK law those terms have to be fair.
So....dont purchase unless you are 100 per cent certain I even looked on youtube but the bikes massive. Bike engwe EP-2 pro. Their warehouse is 111 Old Oak Common Lane London W3 7DN...A residential house. I have just driven past it because I hate being charged unfairly well worth the 3 hour run. It does not cost £133 delivery from your London cof cof warehouse. Also funny how I get quick response to my review but not a murmur from you since Tuesday regarding not despatching the bike that was in your house I mean warehouse. tel no is invalid states does not support this network.

Best price, best service, best website

This was my first ever E-bike. I was sceptical at first but my experience with futuraride have been amazing. Bike was so easy to assemble and I'm usually so bad at assembling even the simplest of things. The quality is mind blowing and the price is great. After sale support is also amazing. Honestly it's so rare to have such top class service all around these days but these guys did make me feel good about this purchase. I will be getting another bike there soon as soon as I feel like I want a new one. Would highly recommend.

Ho comprato 2 ADO A20 , le bici sono arrivate in perfette condizioni ,consiglio comunque di informarsi sulle minime normali manutenzioni e regolazioni che possono essere necessarie durante l'uso di qualsiasi bici con freni a disco .
Rapporto qualità prezzo insuperabile , bici robuste ed affidabili . Consiglio l'acquisto . Azienda seria .
