Guter günstiger Preis für mein Bike aber leider keine Antwort auf meine Mail an den Kundenservice bezüglich meines Transportschadens. Die Reparatur haben wir dann selber gemacht.

Ho comprato con loro la mia Ado a 20, tempi di spedizione rispettati. A causa del corriere la bici ha subito dei danni alla sella e parafanghi che mi sono stati rinviati nuovi. Ottima assistenza

The bike was delivered within the promised delivery time and so far I haven't had any problems with it. Great quality at a fair price.

I received bike on time. Satisfeed with usage. Looks to me it need good user guide.
