We’re very sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been to go through the sign-up process, make arrangements with your existing provider, and then find out that we were unable to fulfil your order.

We will certainly take your feedback on board and look at where we can improve the process and communication to prevent similar experiences in the future.

We would also like to clarify that all of our orders are subject to a pre-contractual agreement, which is clearly stated in the contract summary and information provided during the sign-up process. This is because, following an order being placed, we need to carry out the necessary checks to establish whether we can successfully provide the service and whether any additional work may be required to complete the installation.

That said, we are genuinely sorry that we were ultimately unable to fulfil your order and for the inconvenience and disruption this caused. We appreciate that this was not the outcome you expected, and we’re sorry for the time and effort you had to spend as a result.
