Can they explain their role as plc police please as non home office police and the Pro sex abuse sort of mindset at any work sub contracted to protect bizarre.

They attack me three times for assisting hospital in a emergency In 2019 they want again EVEN AS CANCER VICTIM THEY STILL ATTACK FOR ANOTHER RUMBLE CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN THESE?

Can g4s stay away please forcing drugs into bathrooms of people they gun for as nothing to do with them worse as some sort of child sex abuse and abduction when I am offended as an adult under NHS

waste of time, been hired for months now, receive absolutely no support or response to any queries. dont bother joining them, they hire too many people and you'll get no shifts. wish i could get the time wasted trying to get shifts back so i could work for someone who actually helps.

I would strongly advise others to consider alternative

From the very beginning, the onboarding process with G4S has been extremely disappointing.

After my interview, I was sent training materials which I was later told were not compatible with Apple devices. I was advised to purchase an Android device in order to complete the training. Only after repeatedly challenging this was the issue eventually addressed.

Communication throughout has been exceptionally poor. Emails are frequently ignored, calls go unanswered and you rarely speak to the same person twice. This makes it almost impossible to resolve issues, as you constantly feel unheard and have to start from scratch each time.

The process of getting signed up was exhausting. When I was finally onboarded, I was then locked out of the booking platform. Despite numerous emails and calls over several weeks, I still have not regained access.

I have also never been clearly informed of pay rates for any assignments, despite repeatedly requesting this information. The lack of transparency around pay is concerning.

Eventually, I gave up. I accepted work through another agency and requested cancellation with G4S. I was told this had been processed, yet I continue to receive reminders for shifts I supposedly cancelled, which suggests the request was never actioned.

This entire experience has caused unnecessary stress and anxiety - I now feel anxious every time I see an email from them.

I currently work with several excellent agencies, which only highlights how poorly this company operates. The same work can easily be found through other agencies without the time, stress, and energy I have had to expend.

I would strongly advise others to consider alternatives.

I was told to go back to Africa by someone who got fast tracked into an educational managerial role because his uncle is supposedly a manager in the squad who’s a regular contact on site.

“This guy needs to be sent home” was said on the radio for ears to hear then face to face the go back home to Africa was said to my face.

Be aware of the coloured supremacy shown via this GASLIGHT LTD organisation.

I rang G4S monitoring customer service and asked for a code to disarm their alarm. In a strong Northern Irish accent the 'helper' said he would not provide a code and I would have to order an engineer. He would not provide contact details for an engineer.

They openly advise you to lie to the public during system issues they advise to tell callers it’s ‘system updates’. They ‘upskill’ employees with no extra pay, essentially more work for same pay. They’re quick to ask you to stay later than your shift when they want but you can’t use that TOIL time when you want.

Disgusting company.

One of the worst, if not the worst company i have worked for, my line manager asking me to break the law to complete my tasks on a 12 hour shift, didnt have a clue on how to handle situations or about security, they are so disfunctional and unorganised, how these people run operations is mind boggling, some of them could not even run a bath let alone a contract, this company really is a complete joke. Then there is the way they treat you, not like humans but like robots, operations managers and regional directors definitely need some people skills and learn how to show a bit of respect. Thinking they something special because they sit behind a desk and bark orders. Pathetic small minded morons. Stay clear of this company.

The Dregs

The worst company I have ever worked for in 42 years of my working life. Poor pay, poor hours, treated like something you'd scrape off the sole of your shoe. No wonder G4S clients are unhappy with the levels of service. Definitely a last resort sort of employer.

2 years to repair a door, still no updates, still ongoing

Avoid at all costs. This company is not responsive and has completely ignored multiple calls to simply do the job they were hired to do. It's near impossible to get through to anyone and our entire department's requests have been met with what can only be described as apathy.

Awful place to work

Awful place to work
Worked there for 4 years
Managers do not have no management skills
You cannot contact HR for anything
They get your pay wrong all the time
You have to do everything for the managers
No career growth just a pawn for 4 years and nothing else to show for it
Does not matter how hard you work you are nothing to this company.
They are still using ancient tech from 1965
When the ancient tech breaks down they blame our internet connection

If I could give no stars then I gladly would.
The call centre staff don’t even try to help you, and do not listen. I have lost count how many times I’ve called them and tried to get them to help and understand how important this is to me.
I have even tried emailing them with an official written complaint with details of what that complaint is about and their complete and utter failure as a company to do even the basics.

A Waste of taxpayers money 👎

Absolute nightmare , 4 hours later and still saying no1 available. Bedbound adult, Incontinent, open to infection sat in wheelchair and might be another 2 hours waiting . And all I get is sorry

Terrible company

Terrible company - unjustifiably threw my father and I out of a concert as some woman made an accusation that we pushed her during an AC/DC concert at the Murrayfield. Been to 30 plus of their concerts and never once had any issues.

Absolute terrible company

Absolute terrible company. Was paying for alarm monitoring and when alarm was triggered they weren’t even connected to the system and only found out from neighbour. Couldn’t believe it after being told all was set up and could to go. When I rang they said couldn’t refund as was in terms even though i got no service. was led to believe we had monitoring and security in place. An absolute disaster on the phones too

Amateur Hour

If I could have scored minus five I would have. This is a multi national company that doesn’t even answer its main switchboard so what hope is there if they can’t get even the absolute basics right.
I won’t go into the details of my enquiry to them but suffice to say someone will probably end up getting killed if their employees actions go unchecked. After two days trying to contact them without success I’m not even going to try again. If I was the Chief Executive or a director of this company I’d be ashamed to admit it….its just amateur hour from what I’ve seen.
