I had a question regarding my machine I bought 20 months ago. The guys dealt with me by video link and they were amazing. They very quickly found the problem and the machine is now working again. They were extremely polite and helpful.

Great service and amazing to be able to speak to an Engineer on Zoom and show them the problem. Raj was very helpful and knowledgeable, gave advice and sent links to further information and places to buy spare parts.
Because of his help I was able to buy a new pump and our coffee machine is back working again!

I had an issue with my 21 year old Gaggia machine. I used the zoom facility and follow up messaging which resolved the issue quickly. It's hard to find such prompt and effective service these days, but David and the team at Gaggia excelled, my thanks and appreciation to them.

Can you remember, years ago, when you could pick up the phone and have a problem sorted out straight away by a real person? Well, that's the customer service I got from Raj and his team last weekend.

Bought the Anima (after 10 happy years with De'longhi) because we wanted a slimmer machine. Had a small issue with initial priming of the machine, rang for help and was told to go on zoom for an engineer. Went on zoom but found my web cam wasn't working and was told they can't help without being able to see the machine. I was not impressed especially when I later realised it was just the water container not pushed in far enough. Decided to fit a water filter 3 days later and again an issue. A totally different and exceptional experience with Danny on zoom, even though my webcam was still not working. Danny patiently listened to my descriptions of the screen icon and eventually worked out the issue. He has totally restored my confidence in Gaggia's after sales customer support. Thank you!

I had an issue with my machine. I got in touch with Gaggia and they responded quickly and with helpful advice which enabled me to fix the problem via a YouTube video.

This is how ALL businesses should be run ! Dave an Tony are to of the best, nothing is to much of a problem, there to help and they do just that !
What a team, I will never ever go anywhere else to buy or service my machine.

In the age of self-help, not everyone can self-help efficiently or do well. So this is amazing. It makes you realize how much of a great thing it is to talk to a real person. Excellent customer service thank you Gaggia. Worth every penny.

Thanks to Raj and his team, I was able to fix my Gaggia Naviglio for a fraction of what it would have cost to send back and be repaired. They sent me all the information I needed to diagnose the fault and order the required parts. If you have a fault on your Gaggia coffee machine, I highly recommend that you contact Gaggia first - it could save you a lot of money and also give you the satisfaction of being able to repair it yourself. Thanks again for all your help!

I had a problem with a new accademia which had developed a leak. I spoke to the repair team on Zoom and they were very helpful. I also had to speak to Raj, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. First class service and I would highly recommend.

Contacted this overseas team (I'm in Portugal) and even if my issue was not completely solved, is reassuring to have such a team willing to look at our issues with such availability and sympathy.
