Great products but having real problems…
Great products but having real problems with stock levels and communication. Also ordered a product online for collection in store. Had not heard anything for a week so queried via online chat. Was told to wait 9 days and it was still being processed. On the 9th day finally received an email to say it was processed. When I clicked on the tracking link.....it had been delivered to store the day after I ordered it. They just cannot stay in top of their systems and orders
Parts missing
Ordered a new product release and only got half of the items in the box.
Contacted customer services and it is now 3 months on and I still don't have a replacement! How can a new product be missing parts!!

Rip off prices for a start. There customer service is terrible they don't give a hoot about customers they just want your money, I ordered I item from them and the package was empty, i contacted Custer services who were not interested in my problem even though it is the retailers responsibility to ensure a package reaches the buyer, very bad experience..
Nicely details figures
Nicely details figures, but, . . . I mostly do historical wargames as opposed to fantasy but I do have some fantasy figures. This company has an annoying habit of discontinuing ranges which leaves you having to resort to secondhand figures on ebay.
As for paints. On the whole not bad but over priced and with very stupid names. Some are however unusable. Example: Runefang Steel ( what a daft name). This is so watery I can get no coverage at all. So bad I have order a replacement for Army Painter.
At least try to prevent the obvious problem!
They demonstrate a lack of concern towards their customers. They can at least attempt to prevent scalpers from purchasing large amounts of their stock. At the end of the day, loyal customers like us suffer. I don't want to give a cent to the insufferable scalpers.🤯
DON'T BUY DIRECT FROM GW.
Ordered leviathan on June 10th and got an email saying it would be shipped within 13 working days. Was hoping to get it when it released on the 24th but no big deal. 13 working days go by with nothing from GW. Contacted customer support and got no reply. They still haven't replied to that email and it's July. Tried via live chat 2 days in a row and got a response on the second day saying it'd hopefully ship by the 30th.
Do yourself a favour and buy from 3rd party stores. You'll pay 15-20% less and they'll tell you when your order will arrive.
Definitely won't be buying direct again.

My order is still in France. Customer service haven't responded to emails from over a week ago. Top tier logistics on display here.
Update July 11th.
Order has falsely been marked as delivered on the 10th. I work from home so I was here all day and it wasn't. GW say up to 10 working days to investigate.

Just announced that loads of models people have spent 100 maybe even 1000 of pounds on will be useless and won't have rules... I'm gobsmacked how little they care about the customers and fanbase....
