Leider ein sehr großer Teil meines leben hab ich in diesem UN nur schlechtes wiederfahren müssen.
Hi... wird oft dort gefeiert.
Muslime und andere Gläubige sind dort nicht wilkommen oder werden gemobbt.
Filialleiter und andere Angestellten treten oft die Kunden mit Füßen. Wenn mann sich wehrt und die Leute dort zurecht weißt im bezug auf seine eigene Religione oder Nationalität wird man oft des Laden verwiesen.
Ich bin Muslim und wurde dort oft wegen meiner Religion als Salafist und Terorist dargestellt. Wenn ich aber mal Hit... und seine Zeit erwähne dann heißt es auf einmal NÖ und tschau.

Liebe Eltern erlaubt euren Kindern nicht in diesen Laden zu gehen weil sie dort abgestumpft und Agresiv gegenüber andere Menschen und deren Religionen gemacht werden.

Games Workshop is first of all, an expensive business to buy from. The prices you pay for a few lumps of plastic are obscene, but... The hobby is so fun i can forgive them. The actual shop is also great. I have never felt let down by the product and the staff in store are so friendly. They seem to really be passionate about their product and are always happy to help whether it be for painting tips or advice on what to buy or help learning to play the game. It can border on pushy as it does sometimes seem like they are trying to sell you extra items, but you also feel like its not to help them reach targets or get extra sales but because they want you to make the most of you miniatures/ armies. Couldn't really recommend changes (except knock the prices down a bit.)

Prices are quite steep, but my nephew just loves them! wouldn't mind, but he gets the paint everywhere! oh well, a bit of hot soap for his smile any day!

Excellent models although they are far too expensive. Also, if you play the tabletop game the ephemerality of models, in light of rule changes and ceasing support, means lots of potentially wasted time and money. It does not help that I am a perfectionist - taking months to complete army lists. By the time i finish my lists they are no longer legal.

Tangent - i loved my Inquisition list, most of my models cannot be used together anymore. And, space marines are now ruined. I hate the look of the new Primaris space marines. Also, why do they hate the Black Templars and Sisters of Battle so much? - they are the coolest by far.

As a long time tabletop gamer, it's hard to review GW without remembering the community that Games Workshop has seemingly systematicly destroyed over the years.

Despite that, the site does work well, but not as well as it used to following recent updates that make navigation difficult.

Yes the prices are... not great. But shipping was fast although had no packing peanuts or anything leaving paint etc rattling around... so yeah... but yeah got the items quick just wished they would not let things fly around the box.. specially paint.

Ist und bleibt eines meiner Lieblingsunternehmen und egal was andere sagen, GW ist und bleibt der Beste was Qualität der Tabletopspiele sowie des Hintergrunds angeht!!!

Easier just to list pros and cons for GW, all coming from a long time fantasy player.
Pros:
Models are stunning and good quality
Fantasy (blacklibary) lore has been exhilarating and my #1 choice of reading for 15+ years
8th ED was the right balance between competitive and fun catering well to both audiences.
Staff are always very friendly

Cons:
Killed warhammer fantasy and replaced it with age of sigmarines
Killed all the amazing lore that came with it.
VERY expensive
AoS is very kid focused leaving tournament players to go to mantics kings of war
Staff are too pushy and sometimes unrelated products as well. (oh you love chaos warriors, maybe these space elves would be good?)
Zero business sense (total war:warhammer drops a few months after you kill the game, that would have pushed a dramatic amount of sales)
Shady business practise (firing people by handing them a pot of skull white as its order code is P45)

this chain of high street shops not only sell the best models in the world they also host compitions where you can win free stuff, they host gaming days where you bring along your army and battle it out on the tabletop - staff are hand picked for their role in running the store so you know you are always talking to someone with great know how about everything they sell - games workshop don't hire idiots to run their shops they are always welcoming and very well spoken when dealing with customers, I remember when I was around 12 or 13 the manger saw I didn't have much money and gave me a free elder jetbike model. and said its on the house. my local stores are Wolverhampton and the merry hill shopping centre both are a pleasure to go too.

Skulle bruge en julegave til min svigersøn. Jeg søgte på nettet og fandt Gamesworkshop.com som lovede, at hvis jeg bestilte senest 12. dec. ville jeg modtage julegaven inden jul. Jeg bestilte 11.dec. og fik straks en ordrebekræftelse. Et par dage efter fik jeg besked om, at gaven var sendt. Jeg modtog gaven den 20. dec., hvilket var perfekt. Grunden til jeg ikke giver dem 5 stjerner, er den at de farver, der males med i Warhammer har skiftet navn og det tog lidt tid og søgning at finde ud af. Det kunne de nemt have skiltet med på deres hjemmeside. De havde der imod lagt informationen ud på Google. Men det lykkedes, så jeg håber svigersønnen sætter pris på det!
