I played Fiesta Online years ago, about 13 years ago at this point. I wanted to recover my old password and try agian. The support group takes forever to get back to me, and then one of the support staff, Nico. Told me my account does not exist even though I got an email telling me it does. My password won't reset without the help of support for some reason. So I am in complete limbo. Worst gaming company support team I have seen.

This sh!tty company bought wizard101 and suddenly it started *fixing* things. Locked half the extra gameplay behind premium currency. Forced the strongest gear to be dual-school (yes, they force you to play a specific school with your own or else the strongest gear is 50% useless)

er wordt nauwelijks gereageerd door support, hun smoes is dat ze mensen tekort hebben en daarom niet alles in behandeling kunnen nemen. verder raak je ongewenst gekochte diamanten kwijt die je niet gebruikt hebt maar toch wordt er gezegd dat je ze gebruikt hebt. kocht onlangs een groot pakket aan diamanten en zou er van de 600k zeker 504k verbruikt hebben, kom ik tekort 96k aan dia, stel ik heb een rekenfoutje gemaakt dan mis ik nog zeker 75k aan diamanten!
zo ook spelbederf, hier wordt niets mee gedaan behalve dat regels erop aangepast worden zodat de grotere spelers die veel geld in het spel steken het voor het zeggen krijgen en de kleinere normale speler het nakijken heeft. en zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan... het is een leuk tijdverdrijf spelletje maar je moet er niet al teveel van verlangen of mee doen want dan schiet je tekort.....

Unfähigkeit ist der Grundsatz dieses Unternehmens zb Fiesta meine Chars wurden wegen severzusammenlegung gelöscht von 25 Bekannten mit denen ich gespielt habe alle permanent Utensilien entfernt inkl. meiner wert meines ACC beträgt ca 5000 € und ich hab sogar wenig investiert ein Bekannter 15 000 in 13 Jahren zusammen ein Schaden von einem höherem 5 Stelligen Bereich Support labert nur tut aber nix … wenn sich überhaupt jemand mal nach Wochen meldet, Ersatz für Schädigung gibt es nicht Einsicht schon gar nicht. Die Schuld für das Versagen aller Mitarbeiter hat natürlich der Spieler. Wenn man auch so blöd ist ein Spiel finanzielle zu unterstützen muss man mit abzocken rechnen.

Totale ramp, geen support, geen antwoord op klachten, geen antwoorden op suggesties. Spel zit vol bugs en ze maken overal een potje van. Ze hebben een half jaar de beloofde prijzen van eventen niet uitbetaald. Het enige wat functioneerd is de diamanten verkoop en dat wordt dan ook volop promoot. De hoeveelheid die je voor je geld kunt kopen wordt steeds groter , dat alleen maar om te zorgen dat de rijkere spelers die in het verleden geinvesteerd hebben nog meer te laten kopen. Het is gewoon een piramide waar je alijd verliest en Gamigo wint. Blijf hier, als je verstand hebt en je geld niet kwijt wilt, verre vandaan.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Haben schon diverse Spiele an die Wand gefahren wie jetzt auch Echo of Soul wieder. Erbärmliches Management ohne jegliche Kreativität. Sehr schade um so ein wirklich gutes Spiel.

Mir wurden Leistungen für ein Rift Abo berechnet, das Abo war dann aber nicht aktiv. Wirklich super bei Gamigo..... Ich kann nur davon abraten, schade ich hatte echt Lust auf Rift.

In short words here’s what gamigo is: a plague.

is a company that has the tools to sponsor games but not the tools to develop them.
It sponsors badly, because anyone who authorizes the content of sale, does it with exaggerated prices and without knowing the game / without hearing the opinion of CM or GM / without taking care of the thousand criticisms that players report on the forums.
All it actually implements are scraps of modified content or what it owns in the hard drives it takes away when it buys games from other companies.
It has no active programmers, only when they are needed because the game is without players or it breaks gamigo calls them to try to repair the damage of months without developments.

The treatment of paid and unpaid employees is 0. Whenever there is the possibility to close the tools that staff use to work, they do so, and then switch to free and inconvenient tools.

Equal treatment for players, a lot of false propaganda and removal of game content that allow players to receive items and cash for free to get honest players the money they lose from hackers and duplers.

Gamigo you ruined a good game. Goodbye!

Neuerdings ist diese Firma auch unter dem Namen Media and Games Invest SE unterwegs. Mit beiden Firmen und insbesondere dem Geschäftsführer Remco Westermann würde ich keine Geschäfte mehr machen. Ich habe gehört, die Zahlungsmoral soll nicht sonderlich gut sein. Der Geschäftsführer versucht seit Jahren, den Laden los zu werden, was leider noch nicht geklappt hat. :) Die Spiele werden runtergewirtschaftet und ich kenne keinen einzigen Spieler, der mit den Leistungen von Gamigo zufrieden wäre.

what a corrupt game. I played for many years without any problems until [GM]INGWULF has decided to turn against the players who are not on his side. he abuses his private account to get so rich and make it difficult for other players. Everyone knows who he is by now

Review for Last Chaos USA,

I'll start off by saying, there is a GM that plays the game that hordes all the in-games items, since he is a GM he has insider info on when and what to buy and sell at a markup based on the promos etc that are coming out, ruining the economy, to top that off he will report people selling stuff, buy it all then get them banned cause they had more stuff than he does. This player is known as Asta/Briss on Initus Server and is GM Ingwulf, further more he helps a group of people that like to report everything, pushing through bogus reports, thus leading to more people getting banned again for no reason, he actively threatens and harasses players on the game with his normal character and GM character (proof of this was provided by several players in game, nothing was done about it). The corruption is crazy. If it is brought up to CM Vilya for Last Chaos USA, she will deny everything, say you are lien/wrong and ultimately, you will end up banned as well.

The game has tons of bugs some are 10+ years old and when players bring them up it's always the same reply "It's being worked on" but never happens, they instead add stuff to the game through the item mall, which is broken and leads to the company taking away every ones gold, in the game cause people managed to use one their items from the item mall to create more gold, so the entire game had to suffer from a few people abusing an item that GAMIGO introduced into the game.

The servers are constantly crashed all week long and they cannot stop who ever is doing it, if the servers aren't crashing, you have this Gm Ingwulf going around kicking ppl from the server over and over harassing people.

In conclusion, stay away from this corrupt game/company.

This company is flirting with advertising laws. I'm sending my complaints to my government. EXCLUSIVE, please remember that Gamigo Management. You will be in trouble like OutSpark.

Awful company, fraud for sure. Conning players and staff 100%. Will take your money for ingame purchases and then take the purchases away, offer 0 support, criminals

This company is scummy, its a fraud and have very toxic working conditions, avoid any products this company is associated with.

Blijf weg bij dit bedrijf en hun spellen. Ze zijn alleen uit op je geld en geven geen enkele service. Spellen zitten vol met bugs die nooit opgelost worden en er ontstaan er steeds meer. Ze pushen om diamanten te kopen maar verlenen 0,0% service. Support antwoord niet en als ze al antwoorden dan is het met standaard berichtjes. Ben je het er niet mee eens en geef je commentaar dan moet je uitkijken dat je niet geblokkeerd wordt en/of uit het spel gegooid. NOGMAALS BLIJF WEG BIJ DIT BEDRIJF.

Yeah, gamigo killed both of them. Gamigo is a godforsaken scam company with a heart the size of a peppercorn. They buy games, launch all sorts of sales, then shut them down for good.

Defiance just shutdown recently simply because it wasn't raking in thousands a day anymore.
