Terrible worst lying greedy company in existence. They lie constantly about fixes and updates "in the works" and work hard to maintain the illusion they're a development company actually working on the games, but all they do is absorb as much money as they can from the cash shop, saying whatever they have to in order to do so, then when enough players catch on and stop spending or quit, they shut your game down. And they'll almost always have a big cash grab sale right before the shut down announcement too. BEWARE OF THE SALES! If your game gets bought out by this place, quit as soon as you can! Unless you want to stay for some sickening greedy changes and disappointments while you watch these people gut your game in any way they can that'll make them an extra dollar. The Community Managers LIE constantly and will say anything to get you to keep spending money on their games. Including promises to fix lag, game breaking bugs, things they've changed on purpose in order to satisfy their greed. Don't trust them. RUN! You will NEVER get new content or fixes for any game run by this company.

25.02.2021 This company is a rip-off. They did a sale event and you had to purchase the biggest package to receive a special surprise. Well, only 6 days later they announced the closure of the entire War 2 Glory server and game. What for a rip-off that was and in many gamers opinion on purpose. Who does that? That is FRAUD at the finest, misleading your clients and steal their money. All gamers from W2G Super Elite 1 server will boycott gamigo AG forever. We feel ripped-off big times. Absolute discraceful.

dont buy anything from this company, they have really questionable, borderline illegal business practices, just look at the most recent news in archeage unchained, the way they handled transfers (brokenly) only to make all those people pay for nothing since servers merge 3 weeks later, they basically paid for nothing, and some of the people who tried to transfer basically got stuck inbetween servers and cant even play the game... very questionable...

Gamigo purchased Kingsisle game 'Wizard101'.
Now they are unable to properly manage payments, credit accounts, manage crowns for the game and their customer service is inept.
I am terrified that they have my payment info and may need to change my account information.
Terrible company. Time for a new game.

Gamigo games advertised linkage with Steam games. I bought from Gamigo directly and the game did not show up in my game library their developers were actively lying on steam that people should buy from gamigo directly and the games would be linked to their steam accounts, when I reached out to their customer service team, they told me they viewed steam as a "separate platform" and that I would need to buy the game a 2nd time. They refused to refund my purchase to allow me to buy the game again directly on Steam and pointed to their incredibly anti-consumer terms of service, which literally states "you will not receive a refund for any reason". I was able to get my CC to reverse the charge. Stay away from these crooks. Their developers lie, and their customer service department is there really to just block you from getting help.

Gamigo the company that purchases games to ignore them. They simply do not care about any game they purchase. They're only there just to bleed the addicts remaining dry.

There has been no real updates to Shaiya for over 6 years now. Endless excuses from a CM who tells the GM's to pass on those same excuses. They also ban people who complain about Gamigo as well as discourage with bans customers in the official discord channel from talking about the extreme lack of game management and the decline of the game.

A CM that recruits far too many non-gamigo staff to act as unpaid GM's and police our thoughts and language both in-game/discord to simply give the diehard remaining player base a sense of game management pretending to exist. They have also implemented very stupid and unpopular players rules without the consent of the customer base.

A PM\Developer that is completely non-existent. No interaction or updates to the community. The Shaiya US-CM literally does nothing but spout the odd random useless topic or emoji in their official discord. They add no value to the game and are assigned to multiple games/servers just as the PM is when they cannot even handle keeping just 1 server updated and functioning.

A server without a forum for over 2.5 years. Any problems? Same reply from the Gamigo CM as always. "send a ticket". Which doesn't resolve any of the serious issues the customers may have. Or gives the CM any purpose.

Very outdated and overpriced item mall that doesn't match the in-game economy. Very outdated content without any updates for years.

Absolutely no real customer service. To summarise if Gamigo purchases the game you play then Just quit now.

Gamigo is part of a scamming group who will take money for nothing really. advertising the world but giving nothing in return, they are a sub company from cliq digital AG based supposedly in Dusseldorf, they also have red27mobile which scam money through a 59799 text message, they have other subsidiary companies, all offering the same level of nothing but charging for it, moonlight mobile ltd, universal mobile enterprise, cliqBV, bluetiq GMBH and Cformats GMBH, other company attached but with different director is TGITT ltd, report them all to fraud action in the UK, the more we are the better

A game administrator can modify your in-game character's base stats.

Payment for items is done in a second, delivery of virtual goods ingame as well..... UNLESS something goes wrong with the delivery/items in the delivery are missing..

Then you can wait for weeks/months to get what you paid for.
CS only knows the standard mail reply.. 'we are looking into it' but sofar they are doing NOTHING about it..

I don’t have a user on Gamigo, but someone has used my email for their login. I get 2-4 emails every day now saying someone is trying to login to my account, BUT I DONT HAVE ONE! I tried to contact them and asked for the user to be deleted, but I have not received any answer.. what the heck do I do

GAMIGO!! HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECHNICAL TEAM THAT IT IS BEYOND A JOKE! I play shaiya and have experience the absolute worse customer and technical services which are new for claiming items in game after purchasing aeria points! DO NOT GET HOOKED ON A GAME THAT BELONGS TO GAMIGO as they do not care for customer service nor the happiness of players despite if you spend money through them or not.

Support is nonexistent. I tried to purchase something from them,but all my payment methods were failing. Upon opening a ticket, I learned they had placed a security block on my account, fine. When I asked for it to be removed, they simply closed my ticket as 'solved'. I opened a new one, which was closed the next day as "solved". Don't bother with them

Can’t purchase credits for archeage unchained they say they can’t fix it then what’s the point of telling me to contact support honestly. I tried all the payment methods. They say it’s a security issue then I get charged for the credits. Do I receive them nope. Now support has stopped contacting me all together. Thanks Vicky! They need to be held accountable

Pay to win, incompetence, corruption, silencing people, whales... a few words that describe gamigo.
A company that took over fiesta online to destroy it. From 4 active servers to 1 hanging on for life.
A company that values cash shop and their own opinion a strong company that will achieve their goal of minimizing game lifetime and maximizing player disconfort and toxicity.

Not afraid to silence their most valuable players or straight out ban them even when done nonthing wrong.
Not afraid to defend GM’s that are corrupt and ban and silence everyone.

All rules apply to thee just not to them... GM’s having relationships with gamigo staff and hacking the game or abusing every rule in the book is something that can’t be taljed about.
After al these people are GM’s and you are hatefull for pointing out facts even if all evidence points in that direction. It’s better to silence the people and ban them.

Such a wonderfull company selling toxic and pay to win games wich they do an amazing job at.

I have been playing Desert Operations (DO) for years now, and in my opinion all such ‘Free to Play’ games are addictive. DO started live in 2009 under the Looki company ownership and Gamigo took over the games a year or two ago.

It soon became apparent that company players, contractors and accounts shared with Looki admins, together with corrupt game chat moderators, were manipulating the games in order to sell ‘game diamonds’ for REAL money so that those players who ‘Paid to Play ‘ had an advantage.

The addiction of such games must be as addictive as taking drugs, smoking etc, as I have proof that some addicted players literally spent tens of thousands of US dollars so that their Pseudonym can defeat another rival Pseudonym.

Gamigo has even proved to be more unscrupulous than Looki and is peddling the game diamonds as never before.

In the latter weeks of 2019, Gamigo presented the players with a new look DO game interface that was full of infantile errors. So much so that Gamigo have had several attempts to ‘patch’ the numerous problems. There was no BETA testing on a group of volunteer players, and instead, the dozens of DO game servers in different countries were all affected by the numerous problems of the latest Interface.

There is much more that I could say about Gamigo venality, and I restrict myself to the following.
Gamigo delete all comments on their forums that criticise Gamigo as a company and their staff of being either incompetent or deliberately obtuse.
Gamigo seek to create the addiction of ‘player power’ by selling game diamonds that cost the company NOTHING and the players hundreds and even tens of thousands of their real currency units per year. £,$ Euros etc.
Gamigo abuse their own Game Rules.
Gamigo now has a war game where literally 1,000,000 PLUS another one hundred and eighty zeros in numbers of game planes, ships, tanks etc can be produced utilised by the wealthiest players. This is absurd.
Gamigo insult us all.

I got a payment issue for days now and I got no answer at all from the company. They charged me twice and now they never replies. SCAM COMPANY
