Don't care about their games, they have nothing to do in this industry. Poor support and poor community management. The worse, avoid their game absolutly. They only buy companies to kill em.

Worst customer service ever.

Archeage server Belstrom is down more than 48 hours !

Have been playing the War game for a number of years. Ever since Gamigo took over the game has changed for the worse. Whilst it is free to play to make any progress or even to maintain your position the game has now been altered to make you spend money. Event after event now allows an attack range of between 25% and 400% of points. So someone with four times more power can attack someone trying to make progress. This is killing off any new blood into the game. For the more established players their Support police are paranoid and see cheating where it does not exist and will not reconsider their decisions. Long standing players are deleting in droves. Avoid starting this game and for those that remain get off the money making machine now!

Been playing Wargame 1942 Uk server since 2012 and spent a bit of cash on the game. But the game has slowly been getting worse and I have had enough. Certain strong players continue to bend the rules and get away without bans, other players who have tried to help the game flourish by putting resources up for sale get bans for no reason. One player I know has had this 3 times, 2 times Gamigo admitted they were wrong, 3rd time this player had enough and left. Gamigo in the teardown event lets strong players get in range of small players so they can wipe them out. There is no justice in the game, and Gamigo's only objective is to get you to spend money on the game to but diamonds, they care about nothing else. Avoid..avoid..avoid.

Rubbish, complete rubbish. Playing Wargame 1942 for years and the team behind the original concept, Looki, were pretty dreadful but not by comparison to these cowboys 'gamigo.'
There is no effort, no adequate understanding of the principles of the game, no evolution, no fair mechanism to resolve disputes and clearly no intelligent life at all in them.
It costs a lot to get anything done.....I mean £thousands and new players are constantly targeted by far stronger ones through 'teardown' (you destroy your buildings to lose ranking places and attack lower ranked players).

There is absolutely NO incentive good enough to join this charade of a 'game.'

No fun, no strategy, no action, no satisfaction and a complete waste of time and money.

Avoid Gamigo games

I would avoid Gamigo games. I have been playing WG1942 on 2 servers for the last 2 years and 3 times they have blocked my account because the believed I had broken the rules and all 3 times they were wrong.

The first time they compensated me, but the last 2 they refused to budge and offered no evidence.

As I was spending money on the game, it is offensive to be accused of wrongdoing and secondly to have my access to a game for which I pay to be blocked.

The support team is truly awful as well. They run game events at the weekend which often have bugs, but all the support take the weekend off, so you have to wait until after the event to get them fixed.

A few of the games have ongoing problems s well that they never bother to fix. I am now trying to delete my US account and it won't work. Other players tell me this issue has been around for ages.

There are better providers out there, so spend it on those that value their customers. It is a shame that I have to leave after 7 years, but I just cannot carry on giving them money when they treat everyone so poorly.

Support service is not working for archeage. Avoid this company !

They bought the rights of the game from onson... and they did not even answer to questions in fiesta.gamigo.com forum. they don't help people i don't know what they think really.
