Just recently I've really gotten to love Garage. I have been to a couple stores and each time the staff has been very helpful and patient. The clothing quality has been very comfortable, though I hope to see more styles soon.

The sales associate on the floor was very helpful in finding everything my daughter wanted and the correct sizes.

All staff members were welcoming. The workers at the cash register were working extremley well and efficently, the line moved by quicky. The qualities of the clothes are amazing. I own many sleek scoop camis and I love the frabic.

I ordered a hoodie form in store and it arrived dirty. This is the second time I order something dirty? Why are we selling overpriced clothes that are also DIRTY? Also the costumer service was horrible, garage told me to dm them on instagram and they never answered.

Your clothes are to expensive and there not the best material

Store is well organized and staff are easy to find for assistance. We came in with a picture of something we saw online and the staff were able to help us find it quickly. I would say the check out needs to be more divined when there is a long line. It got crowded and people didn’t know who came next.

The staff are very kind and ready to help at any time. The quality of the products is great, the price is high but you get what you pay for. Garage has always been my go to store.

I went in looking for one thing and I was able to see it and get it. When wanting to try it on the sales rep was so nice and was able to get me a room so quickly and checking out was so fast. The whole trip was less than 10 minutes.

I just love garage no matter what no matter the price is a little high but the service the quality and the style is amazing. I always love doing shopping for garage.

I am a very small 5’1 90lbs XXS and an beyond pleased with how the clothes fit. Unfortunately I lost so much weight after having my baby due to post partum depression and breastfeeding and have such a hard time finding true XXS that fits and is flattering to my new body but Garage came through and brought back my confidence !

I've always had great experiences at garage, every employee is friendly and always offers help. I do wish some of the clothes weren't so expensive and the quality of some of the clothing was better to actually match the cost of everything, I usually come in look around and walk right out without buying anything but otherwise I love garage.

Le magasin est bien rangé à l’intérieur, ce qui est appréciable. Cependant, lors de ma dernière visite, j’ai constaté plusieurs problèmes d’organisation qui ont nui à mon expérience.

Il y avait plusieurs employées en service :

* 4 dans la zone des cabines d’essayage
* 2 à la caisse
* 2 ou 3 autres qui circulaient dans le magasin pour ranger ou répondre aux questions des clientes.

Malgré cet effectif, l’organisation ne semblait pas optimale. La file d’attente à la caisse comptait au moins 8 clientes. Une troisième caisse était censée être ouverte, mais l’employée qui devait s’en occuper se promenait dans le magasin pour répondre aux questions de sa gestionnaire.

Je trouve qu’il y aurait place à une meilleure répartition des tâches et des priorités. Lorsque plusieurs clientes attendent pour payer, il serait logique de maintenir le personnel affecté aux caisses à son poste, plutôt que de le mobiliser pour d’autres tâches.

Il en va de même pour les cabines d’essayage, où les files d’attente sont longues. J’ai également remarqué qu’une cabine était fermée et utilisée pour entreposer des articles. Il serait pertinent d’envisager de la remettre en service afin de réduire l’attente.

Au final, les clientes doivent patienter longtemps pour essayer leurs vêtements, puis attendre encore longtemps pour passer à la caisse. Cela rend l’expérience de magasinage inutilement laborieuse.

Je tiens également à souligner que les employées semblaient dépassées et stressées. Elles travaillent visiblement très fort, et je ne leur reproche pas la situation. Au contraire, elles mériteraient probablement une meilleure organisation et un soutien leur permettant de travailler dans un environnement moins stressant. Malheureusement, ce stress devient perceptible pour la clientèle et finit par affecter l’expérience en magasin.

Je suis restée principalement parce que ma fille aime magasiner chez vous. Autrement, ce n’est pas le genre d’expérience qui me donnerait envie de revenir.

Je vous partage ces commentaires dans l’espoir qu’ils vous aideront à améliorer l’organisation du magasin, les conditions de travail des employées et, par conséquent, l’expérience de votre clientèle.
