The store was busy but I got great customer service with help finding the sweater I was looking for in my size.

Shopping was easy but there is no tracking or estimated delivery date once shipped

Sasha was so helpful and just the best.
Having the larger change room made the experience better. I'll just spend more if you put me in that room, it's comfortable and the mirrors are great.
Bringing me a water was fab, and having shoes to use was really great.
I really appreciated how she just grabbed things she thought I would like. I thought I looked at the whole store, but she found new things.
She also ordered a shirt for me and had it sent to my house. Loved this.
I've received a ton of compliments on the looks she pulled.
A couple more hooks in that room would be helpful, I had a lot going on.
If there was a way to have these scheduled for me a couple times a year, I would do it. As in, someone call me when the new items drop and book me. I would do it. Especially if everything was already pulled for me.

Sarah provided amazing customer service. It was very nice that she remembered me from a previous visit and welcomed me back. She had great suggestions for alternate dresses that where available in my size and provided great advice for dresses and colours that suited me. I am very happy with the dresses I bought.

Canada Post won't deliver my package. It was challenging getting ahold of customer service and navigating the phone tree. No immediate resolution was available, I am left to deal with Canada Post on my own. I will not shop online with Dynamite unless I can choose a different carrier other than Canada Post.

Got the pants my daughter has. Love them!

The shirt I wanted was in the store. The website said there was none in my size but there was. The only issue I find with the store is that the change rooms do not have actual door just fabric and there is always a gap.

A mohair sweater came with the magnetic security tag still attached so now I have to go in store to get it removed.

I liked the prices of the items I purchased on sale. In the description of the item, it would help if the mention of if the item runs small/large/true to size as the stuff I purchased is my regular size but when I tried them on, they actually don’t fit nicely. Also, the shorts I ordered had a black/grey stain possibly from packaging. But because these items are all final sale, I cannot exchange or return them. Next time, I will shop online for regular priced items so that I have the option of returning/exchanging.

Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a dress and paid extra for express shipping (1–3 business days) because I needed it for an important event. It arrived too late, so I couldn’t use it.
I ended up having to buy another dress from Dynamite in person, so I essentially spent money twice because my original order didn’t arrive on time.
I contacted Dynamite and was initially told I could receive a refund on my online order, but was later told this wasn’t possible because the item was final sale. I understand the final-sale policy, but the issue was that the dress arrived late due to the shipping delay - not because of the product itself. Very frustrating experience, and something to be aware of if you’re ordering for an event or need your order by a specific date.

I’m a fashion stylist, needed 2 dresses 10 minutes before the end. Find both in short time. Fast and good service. Nice color & style for fall. Will wear them in a marriage in vermont.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way Dynamite has handled my missing package. My package was delivered to the wrong house, and customer service previously confirmed this to me. I provided proof showing the differences between the delivery location and my actual home, including the doors and brickwork. I was told that my case had been escalated on the 24th and that I would receive a response within 3–5 business days.

What’s frustrating is that I’m being told the case is still “under investigation” even though customer service has already acknowledged that the package was delivered to the wrong house. I understand that an investigation may be necessary, but there should be clearer communication and a proper resolution when there is evidence that the package was not delivered to the customer’s address. I’m still waiting for a resolution and have had to repeatedly contact customer service about an issue that should have been handled much more efficiently.
