I am a mom of a teen who wants to wear clothes she sees other girls her age wear. She says its trendy to wear 'Garage ' clothing. I find the prices are high. Too high for a pair of sweats. I wanted to reward her for doing well on her report card by getting her an outfit from any place she wanted. Quality is good but there are other stores with good quality clothing for a lot less. Spent 1 outfit for over $140. She was grateful but I know she felt guilty.

The help was wonderful and the clothing material is remarkable

Every time i go into a Garage store I have a good experience in general. Employees are welcoming and helpful, the store is always looking nice. There is nothing negative to say other than the stock is always an issue.

Staff were friendly would shop again :)

Most stores give you the month of your birthday to use their promotion. I was 4 days past the 2week rule. I think it’s terrible,

MANCHESTER GARAGE - I ordered joggers on the 26th sep in store, i waited for a week and a half no email from garage saying they were shipped, i then emailed and they replied 3 days later after i emailed a second time, saying they will ship them and they had messed my order up, why not email me to tell me rather than holding my money. they then said they shipped them and another two weeks later when i emailed them after again hearing nothing they replied saying my order must have got lost and cancelled my order! they gave zero help i had to email them for the reasons they should be making the CUSTOMER aware of and even when they reply zero help. it has now also been over 10 business days since my refund was supposed to have been released and still no sign of it. they also do not reply to any of my emails i have sent 3 emails asking for an update within the last week and no reply. They are still holding my money and refusing to reply, dont shop here if you cant be bothered to chase them up on there job they are a terrible store with terrible people working for them who did not care when we went into store to order these joggers as they didnt have them in stock and took ages to help us after asking numerous times. GIVE ME MY REFUND SO I CAN BE DONE WITH USE.

Sales staff very helpful. First time in…granddaughters xmas list. I did NOT appreciate having to buy a bag. If im spending $200 plus dollars with many more sales to come…don’t charge me for a plastic bag. Woke is over!

I still haven’t received my item, USPS says there is something wrong with the address, although they verified that it is correct. It should have arrived today, instead it made it to my city and now has reversed course and is backtracking 2 hours away. Delivery date now’s says to tomorrow but I doubt that’s correct. We’ve always loved your garments but this online ordering experience has not been a pleasant one. I’m not sure where the failure has occurred as USPS couldn’t tell me anything about the item or way the item left my city for another 2 hours away.

Appalling level of service. I made an online purchase for a pair of joggers which didn’t arrive. Zero communication that they weren’t being sent. Once chased I was told they were out of stock and a voucher would be issued. A month later, 6 emails and 4 phone calls and I still don’t have the voucher, refund or joggers. The company is a joke.

such good clothes and my new shirt is so comfortable. i would recommend trying stuff on before buying, but still such and awesome place.
