Gardeners Crate Opiniões

At first, I was sceptical about how lightweight the lawn gadget was, but I was very impressed with how well it handled my overgrown, thick edges. I ended up using 3 trimmers to get the job done, but I know it will only require one in the future if I do it regularly. That is the best thing about it, as it is so easy to use. Just click on the battery and go. Not having to thread a cord or deal with the usual jamming, but just using the supplied tool to undo the head and pop on a new one in literally 30 seconds is a game changer. I didn't even have to change anything to use it as a whipper snipper to do around poles or trees. I just turned it on its side. Because it is so lightweight, it didn't gouge into the grass or leave any evidence like others do by cutting lower than the mowed grass. It arrived in 2 days in perfect packaging with very easy-to-follow assembly instructions. I will no longer have to prepare or make time to do the lawns. I would compare it to the same thing as using a battery-operated blower. No waiting for the right time or conditions, and with zero effort. My lawn and edges now look like they never need doing. I am a very short 66-year-old female who has had multiple surgeries on my back and hip and who always struggled with equipment being too long, heavy and time-consuming. Finally, a company that recognises that gardening equipment needs to be designed to be simple enough for all demographics.

The mower was delivered earlier than expected, and works well. I'm hoping to save and purchase the battery operated chain saw too. Thank you Gardeners Crate.

Delivery was quick, instructions are great. I've only used it once and it's light enough that I didn't get a sore back or shoulders. And it does a great job! The only thing I've found that is hard is pressing the safety button down. It's quite hard. And it's very hard to use if you're left handed. After a few minutes of pressing the button your thumb gets a bit sore.

It promised a lot and did not disappoint. It edges well, cuts the lawn well and whipper snips, all one tool.

You Are, I am, We are Australian. Congratulations on a product" Lawno" that will help millions of people who are finding it really hard to look after their gardens. I will enjoy my Lawno for many years to come . Thank you all.
Cheers Jean

My lawnmower man was not doing my edges the way I wanted them done. So I started trying to do them myself, using my secateurs. This was back breaking!
Luckily I saw an advertisement for the Lawno. This beautiful, lightweight garden tool has given me the ability to go ahead and trim my edges without pain.

Most of us have had a bad experience buying online, well let me prove to you Gardeners Crate will never let you down. They promise a worry-free 3 year warrant and they absolutely stand by it. After just a couple of months of using my Lawno almost every day, I warn you its addictive, it’s that good, but without warning it suddenly had a problem that I could not figure or fix. Contacted Gardeners Crate support team who came back to me same day. They sincerely did everything to help identify the problem, including a video, and how I might fix it. Obvious this was not a common problem, just a freak, random part failure. Without hesitation, they sent me a brand-new replacement, not a second hand refurbished, no what arrived was a brand-new machine. My son told me to keep the broken one for spare parts, I think that’s a man thing?

Good communication, great support and a blessing not to carry heavy whipper snipper.

They kept me well informed about the progress of my order and the videos are very informative I really like that it is so light and that it does the edges perfectly
I would recommend this small Aussie company to anyone and I will spread the good work by mouth
I wish them all the best for the future

Checked with Trust Pilot before purchase. All good. So purchased. Gardener’s crate kept me up to date with dates sending, emails etc.
It arrived before the original expected date.
It works a treat. Extremely happy. Perfect for me.
Nice & light. And no reels to untangle.

Outstanding!! .
I’m 61 with a decades old back injury and a recent total knee replacement that have restricted doing mowing and strimming.
Like many I was sceptical but with the 30 day trial, I thought why not give this a try
My Lawno arrived today which was ahead of expected shipping date. The hardest part of setting it up was actually, no joke, getting it out of the box!
Once I’d managed that, the instructions are super easy to follow and I had it put together and was grass cutting in under 20 minutes.
Sections of the grass were above knee hight and only once did it wrap around and stop the cutter. Easy to fix by simply pulling out the grass like you would pull long hair out of a curled brush.
It took longer to rake and brush up than it did to cut and trim all the very out of control grass.
I can’t recommend The Lawno enough. It is brilliant.

Thoughtfully packaged, easy to assemble, excellent instructions and YouTube guides, excellent communication. For once you feel like you are dealing with genuine and nice people!
Like many tools, it will take me a while to master it. My first attempt was fairly successful - I have some challenging lawns and edges. Having said that, it is 1,000 times better than my old whipper snipper. I have now thrown that out!!!! PS it is powerful too. Recomended.

Fantastic product. Appreciate the emails with the ability to watch the videos on setting up and using the item. Would highly recommend.

Machine is very light and easy to use, excellent for a wiper sniper or edging. No more pain in the arms or shoulders like other machines. Instructions are easy to follow and good manuals with examples. I contacted with customer service in a very fast , honest and reliable way. You can feel honesty behind the people and love for the product. I highly recommend it . Even for elder people where internet and technology is not the best the printed instructions that came with machine are super easy to follow.

From the beginning of my purchase I was informed every step of the way.... what to expect, when to expect and what to do when this fabulous Australian made, outstanding piece of machinery arrived... The 'lawno' is very easy to assemble and really got me excited to do my lawns and edges.... It is quiet, efficient, easy to handle and super lightweight... Thankyou Gardeners Crate for your creation, care and consistent attention to my purchase... I'm a 71yr old widow and truly enjoy using my new LAWNO.... I highly recommend this!☆☆☆☆☆

The Lawno works exactly as described in the videos I saw. It fits the couple of tricky places I have to mow making my job so much easier.

All our enquires were answered , and fully explained , without any hesitation, even to the point of co-owner, Nick, contacting us personally to reassure us about the Lawno’s ability to cope with our property’s lawns
We have no hesitation in highly recommending Garden Crate and it’s products.

I had a quick reply from my email enquiring about delivery date very helpful and friendly. And I received my Lawno soon after . I was surprised it was a solid piece of equipment not plastic and with the instructions I assembled it and was out trimming and mowing in no time at all . I love it so light and easy to use just perfect for women and no straining the back , it has wheels ! Perfect . Certainly worth the wait . Thank you .

Doing the lawn edges are a breeze with the guiding wheels. The result is a clean professional looking job. Changing from edging to mowing or trimming configuration is a breeze allowing the whole lawn to be maintained with one piece of equipment

Thanks team, exactly, if not more than what I expexted :)
