Terrible company aviod. Made aorder and after a week nothing was dispatched so i phoned them to see what was going on. The guy on the phone said we are out of stock but are expecting them in the next few days. I said well its still showing on website that there in stock. He then said i dont know why but once they arrive we will dispatch one straight away. I said no i ve waited a week now so i ll just have a refund to which he said fine. 5 days went past no money returned to my account so contacted them again and was told i had been refunded contact your bank. So i did and my confirmed what i though they had not refunded any money. So had to do a charge back to get my money back and i reported them aswell. Aviod they don't send items then try to con you buy claiming they refunded u. Aviod

Good product but a nightmare to assemble. The hose was all jumbled up inside and took forever to remove to avoid kinking. Bought from Argos

Prompt reply. Well packaged item. Was unhappy about the delivery charge but the discount contributed towards half of the purchase price.

Good quality product, nice and sturdy. Have had one of these hose reels before but needed to add another 20 metres.

Still waiting for my order to arrive, I sent a couple of emails for an update but no response. I am in the process of cancelling my order. Appears to be a lack of communication and customer service from this company.

The hose arrived promptly.

But on first use the hose has a hole in it , after emailing this company I’ve had no reply-

The instructions on the box were not very clear...paper ones in the box would be better....we are not all Einstein

Ads are misleading I bought two 60 meter hoses which turned out to be 50 meter hoses when they were delivered because they advertised the cart capacity not the length of hose you will receive once purchased there communication was poor.
I won't be using them again
