Brilliant

Amazing Company
We are yet to have our sauna and summerhouse installed but we have been so impressed with the service we have received so far that I wanted to leave a review. We have struggled with the usual planning department nightmares and as a result we have had to go back and forth to Gardenhouse24 for new designs, revised quotes and endless questions. It has been going on for nearly a year and the team, especially Keith, has been patient, responsive and completely understanding. I could not recommend them enough on the quality of service they provide which is unique in this day and age. Looking forward to the finished result.

Keith was wonderfully helpful in regards to my initial contact.
My situation was a tad, unusual, and Kieth ensured everything went smoothly with the delivery location.
1 delivery arrived a day early (which kinda threw things off a bit, but was sorted).
And, more guttering needed to be supplied as not enough in first delivery.
Ooh, I've also got a dodgy window catch I need Matt the build coordinator to look at, but hoping to get an additional room, so will ask when that occurs.
Matt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I believe another lad was called Connor. There may have been others, I was not on site for entire duration of build, only day 1 and 2.
I would deffo use these guys again and actually recommended them yesterday.
As far as I could see, they knew what they were doing and got on with it.
Super.

Sauna Freak Sauna
Hi, I just wanted to leave a review to let GardenHouse24 know how happy we are with our Sauna Freak Sauna 2.5 x 2.8m.
The quality is excellent, and everything fits together like a large jigsaw puzzle. It’s an amazing space, and is one of the best looking contemporary sauna’s we found.
Keith was always on hand to answer the phone, when I had any queries during the build with professional help and advice.
This is a solid piece of kit, which is built to last, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the craftsmanship of their sauna’s!

Irving and the team are friendly and…
Irving and the team are friendly and helpful - clearly sauna enthusiasts. Our barrel sauna is wonderful and already making us feel much healthier through the wet and cold winter days. We use it twice a week and will never look back! Highly recommended.

Very disappointing
I bought a building from GH24 in 2021. After the initial build everything was great. Then just after it was finished we had a large down pour and what became apparent then the building was out of level from back to the front around 2” which isn’t a lot but when the water down pipe is at the back no water ran down it and the front of the building was like a waterfall.
Then in 2023 I noticed the building started to sink on the left hand side of the building when looking at it from the front. When it got worse I contacted GH24 and informed them that my building that was built on a wooden frame was sinking. The reply I got was “After 2 years GH24 can’t be responsible for ground subsidence.
Eventually after numerous emails the original installer came out in January 2024 to inspect the building. He took up the floor to see what the issue was. Upon inspection the wooden frame work and ground were both sound. The issue was the building subframe was screwed to the main framework with 2 screws in each post and these had snapped so half the building was pretty much floating.
Anyway the installer said he could resolve the issue and would be back in February 2024 , never turned up , then March 2024 , never turned up or heard from him again. I emailed both people at head office with my concerns as the building was left in a worse state now as it had no flooring down. Never got a reply from either of them.
It the end I contacted a local building firm who came out jacked the building up and bolted it to the frame work (not screwed )as it should have been done the first time round.
Extremely disappointing service and definitely wouldn’t recommend which is a shame as it a really nice building.

Thank you for your review and our apologies this matter had taken more time than expected to resolve. We have required a thorough investigation into your case to understand the circumstances as this was installed in June 2021 and we provide a 12 month warranty for parts and labour. 3 years after install, this building and framing under it had been built correctly, our lead installer after visiting the site discovered post installation other builders had built a composite post decking and framing around the garden house and attached this to the timber frame the garden house was sitting on. After further analysis it was found that the composite post decking and framing was bearing too much weight on the frame and this is what had caused the building to subside as you described. Attempts were made to try and help you rectify this as a measure of goodwill. The last attempted visited failed due to our main installer who was visiting from Ireland at the time being let down with the his required help after he had started to Jack up the building. This was unfortunate as he has vast experience and had to return shortly after, our apologies for that. We endeavour unlike other garden house companies to review, assess and treat our customers fairly and try to resolve problems where we can, always at our own cost, time and labour.
Circumstances on this occasion prevented us assisting you fully and we will learn from this and improve. Kind regards GH24.

Mainly a good experience
A very good selection of cabins/chalets to meet most requirements. Delivery of the structure was made whilst our house sitters were at the property and they reported to us that the delivery team were very obliging and helpful. The assembly team arrived when we returned and were very courteous. It appeared that a number of trips to local DIY stores had to be made during assembly which was slightly surprising as was the lack of off the peg circular window trim. If a company advertises a particular model featuring a circular window, one expects all the fittings to go with it. I’m told that this is something that is being looked into, but that didn’t help our specific installation.

After looking into this, the particular circular window our factory had not included in the packaging and this can lead to us sourcing the parts in the UK, generally this is not an issue and we look to resolve things as effective and timely as possible. Happy to have it all in place and in good working order
Gardenhouse24 went out of their way to deliver a sauna to our remote place, and ir arrived in good condition. Everything was well packed and the driver was very helpful in unpacking and nice to work with. Communication was good. Alterations to the original plan were made and produced just as we wanted it. Delivery took a little longer than planned, but this was due to our remote location. We are happy to have it now all in place and in good working order. Thank you Gardenhouse24!
