Great product, customer notifications could do better
The product is great. The instructions (I built he shed myself) were very good. The only issues happened when trying to make contact Gardenhouse24. My order arrived in 4 different deliveries and I was not always told there was even a delivery due. This made planning a bit difficult.

Hi Somesh, thankyou for taking the time to write a review. Our apologies that the deliveries arrived at different times, our suppliers give us delivery dates and sometimes due to there own drivers or courier issues, deadlines are sometimes missed and they don't always inform us, to enable us to inform our customers. We are always stiving to improve communication channels between ourselves, suppliers and customers. We're happy you love the product and that the instructions good to build the garden house. Everyone is different with there building experience and some customers find the instructions very limited whilst others find them more than adequate. Enjoy your garden house and thank you for choosing Gardenhouse24. Kind regards GH24

Hi Graham, great feedback. Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your experience, we have had to change our install teams from last year as the standard was not being met for our customers. We have learned from this and bought on better, more experienced, and professional install teams who create the finished product and experience. Again we have listened to feedback from customers about better communication and made improvements there. The feedback we're getting is consistent with the high quality product we supply, GREAT. Thanks for sharing this. Kind regards GH24

A joy to build
Really enjoyed building our garden house. Initially I was going to get someone to build it, but after going through the drawings and how each item was marked up, it became a joy to build. My wife and I build up to to the roof in one afternoon. It now looks spectacular and is a great addition to our home.

Great service and exceptional customer care
I ordered wooden cabin with aluminium sliding doors for my garden. I waited couple of weeks for delivery. The assembly date has been scheduled soon after. I didn't realize that the planning permission rules allows you to put different height cabin close to neighbors borders and different on the center of your land.
I had to requested changes to the cabin (flat roof) during the assembly process.
The logistic process to order new roof went straight forward thanks to Irving.
The assembly Team - AJ and Dave exceeded expectations to build the cabin that I desired. They attention to details is on the highest level. I trully recommend that Team to build your cabin.
