Garner’s customer service is great! They respond quickly and answered any questions that I’ve had. They are polite and are dedicated to getting any issues resolved. The reimbursement process is easy and quick.

Garner is useful if your provider is…
Garner is useful if your provider is part of it and you make a medical out of packet expense. It is very useful if you have the direct deposit set up as well with them. The reimbursement comed to your account very fast once the claim is approved.

Not a fan
I find that a lot of my physicians that we have history with and our critical to our care aren’t “approved” providers. Extremely frustrating.
