Perfect experience fixing my root canal issues
Fantastic service from gateway dental. I’d had a severe persistent infection in my two tiny front teeth over the last ten years.
After two root canals in each over the last ten years at my current dentist, I’d run out of options I had a referral to gateway dental to see a specialist.
They were absolutely fantastic very kind and helpful when I approached them during a flare up.
They performed two procedures on my two teeth to remove and refill the fillings and treat the infections. Process end to end was amazing and two thorough check ups later over 12 months looks like all my problems are solved.
If you have tooth problems but are a hit anxious about the dentist this is the place to go - absolutely fantastic.

Excellent specialist specialist Endodontics referral
Referred by my regular dentist as needed specialist Endodontics to treat multiple infections, replacing existing root canal work. Excellent, friendly team, treatments well explained with accurate quote and couldn't be happier with comfort levels on complicated work. If I ever need to change regular dentist I know where to go!

Had a replacement filing on NHS today. Friendly welcome and appointment was kept to time. I was made to feel at ease with whole process. Great personal service as i flinched when work started after my numbing injection, so I was promptly given a second.

Glad I agreed to try a new hygienist
I was persuaded to try a different hygienist this time. It was like being asked to change my hairdresser! I needn’t have worried. Affra and her dental assistant gave me an amazing experience. Affra was so gentle and considerate my jaw totally relaxed and my teeth were cleaned without feeling a thing. I have been visiting Gateway Dental in Burgess Hill for several years now, after my NHS dentist retired in Horsham and I could not find a local replacement.
Right from my first appointment, I knew I wouldn't be trusting anyone else with my dental care.
Simple professionalism at every point of servce.
Welcoming, listening, and using the latest hi-tech equipment, clearly explaining the best treatment and solution for my need.
I have not always seen the same dentist, but have always recieved the same professional and most importantly 'Pain Free' care.
Would thoroughly recommend this excellemt practise to anyone looking for a Dentist.
